Helpful in getting my problem resolved

Was paying for shipping on supposedly free prize. Every indication was Walmart. After entering shipment payment my bank called saying 3 different charges were submitted $9.99, $12 and $14. They said they would workit out for me. I am not sure of date? 10/23.

Raj helped me to get refund update, please do the refund process asap

There was a link about a free boneless couch with a fee of 999 on Facebook that someone had posted I clicked on it there was a lot of fees associated with it after I gave my information for the $9.99 I contacted customer service and they handled it and told me that I would be getting a full refund for the extra charges. Very professional great experience

Although it took me hours of playing phone tag, and email tennis to have my money returned to me in full after being hacked into an agreement binding me to a membership with turbo 4 ride, their customer service team did finally reimburse me every single penny that was stolen from me.

The person I was chatting with kept saying the same thing. I don’t own a bike or anything for this site. Never been to this site I told them my information was stolen obviously. But at the end my refund was approved. My identity was stolen. I didn’t know this existed till I saw it in my bank statement that I check daily with

Don’t use website

Quick response to complaint and escalated complaint to get it resolved in a timely matter. Subscription was set up by someone that had hacked into my banking account.

Was led to believe was signing up to buy a tool set but that was not the case. Ended up having to jump through many hoops to cancel the subscription and get a refund. Would be one star but the end result after all will be refunded so I will make it 2 stars for the eventual customer service.
