I have NEVER been to this website, I was charged 9.99 because I was scammed. I thought I was paying for a TV but as soon as I paid, my screen glitches and disappeared and I wasn't able to get back to the site again. Then I looked at my bank statement and found this website had charged me. Then immediately afterwards, their OTHER website playsportx.com had tried to charge me DOUBLE that. A website I had never been to as well. Then when I call both websites to try and take care of this- they both had the same exact message saying they were experiencing "high call volume" and needed to contact them through the chat option. Once in the chat, I told them i was charged and needed an refund. They automatically explained to me thematic the reason I was charged was because I had purchased a gift card and that it was non-refundable. I never bought anything from them and it upset me that they just assumed that it was my mistake. I work in customer service and have always been taught that you must treat situations as the customer is always right. They then apologized and said that their system cannot make unauthorized charges and proceeded to say yet again that I had purchase a gift card at checkout. I was getting frustrated that I was not being heard so I told them, " not only was i charged 9.99 but your OTHER site, playsportx.com also tried taking g $20 immediately afterwards..." AGAIN I recieved the same message along with them claiming they are an independent company and aren't connected to playsportx.com in anyway. I called them out, and brought up how they both shared the same exact address on their websites and about how i called the phone number of both websites and they played the same exact recording other than name. It wasn't until then that they started looking into it. 3 times they ignored me! Finally they confirmed i didn't have an account with them nor was there an order placed with them. I was able to send them a screenshot of the charge in my account and they quickly started the refund process.

I appreciate them fixing this issue- but the fact of the matter is, I was scammed and they continued to lie about their affiliation with another site that was trying to take money from me as well. Never would I ever willing go to either of their sites to buy any of their products. It was absolutely ridiculous.

I seen an ad on Facebook for a couch through Walmart if you took a survey the couch was only 9.99 so I went through with everything and it redirected me to this website for payment info so I put my info in and it charged me over 100$

Was promised to have the money returned to me.

They stole my money and refuse to give it back. I didn’t authorize multiple payments and I don’t even subscribe to there website. This is a scam and you ppl are horrible

Emerald from the support Team really help me with an error on my account and provide a resolution. I was so frustrated but the customer service was beyond a great experience. Thanks so much!

I called several times explaining this was not an intentional order still wouldn't refund my money.

This was a 3rd party authorization and not authorized on my part.

Do NOT do business with this company. They automatically debited my checking account then told me if I gave them a favorable review they would credit it back to my account. They instead gave me a company credit and debited my checking again!

I called to request a refund it was handled promptly.
