Just another loser dropshipper. Tried to communicate via email twice with no response. Save your time, cut out the middleman and order directly off aliexpress or something.

Placed an order on Dec 20,2024 didn’t hear anything that the order was completed until 2 days again should not take a month to create orders and not sure were it coming from. And you don’t get compensation for they taking more than a month to send item out.

Terrible company to order from it's been 1 month and my order has still not shipped I'm reporting to the credit card company today

Stll waiting for my package ordered on 12/13/2024. Wrote an email trying to get info on my order. No response.

I hate to say this, but this company is no longer legit, in my opinion. I ordered from this last year and had a great experience however, this year is a different story. I ordered on November 30, they “created a label” on December 13, (switched from UPS to USPS, like many reviews on here are saying as well). Which is wild because supposedly they ship between 4 - 5 business days. And then that was it. They don’t respond to emails & they send the same generic one.
Save yourself the headache, if you’ve already ordered from them as well, and contact your credit card company and get refund refunded

There's a few negatives I'll list first but overall I've had great service and a brilliant product.

Shipping cost: being ready for this one as it is high if your Shipping to the UK and it will take a while between 1 week to a month usually so bear this in mind before ordering. It is an American based company so to be fair high deliver prices and long waits should be expected for a reasonably small company.

Good stuff: The hoodies are brilliant Quality there very warm and I suspect pre shrunk meaning the fit is great and stays great mine has been through the wash a few times nothing has faded and there is no damage to them I currently have 3 hoodies. The sizing is also great so if you normally wear large the get a large here.

Summary
If you can cope with the delivery cost and a long wait then I would highly recommend them as the designs are unique, good quality and really stand out at car shows or in general but if you want something next day at the same price as a hoodies from amazon this is not the place for you but I will be a repeat visitor only improvements I would make is a better system for help as the email system as some have mentioned can be a little tedious.

I ordered a mystery box on 12/5/24. The shipping label was printed for UPS and changed to USPS on 12/13/24. Neither carrier has received my package. It shouldn't take a month for the package to leave your company.

My order said it was delivered & I never received it! Sent an email to customer service & haven’t heard back yet!

The worst shipping on the planet. They lead you to believe their products will be coming from the US and use verbiage to make you think you will get your order quickly but it your product will come from China. This is the second and last time I will do business with Tuned In Tokyo. Even worse that I had to pay for the shipping.

UPDATE: Finally received my order after a Month and a week of waiting. Still haven't gotten a response from any of my emails. Honestly just avoid them.

Ordered 12/6, its now 12/26 and still NOTHING!! Sent numerous emails regarding status of my order, spent over $100 and no real response to my order. This company is an ABSOLUTE SCAM!!

I ordered a mystery box for $100 CAD, then paid $74.95 for 2-3 day shipping on top. My box didn’t arrive for a month and a half after the order date and didn’t even come as described. the stuff was thrown into a packing bag, it’s doesn’t even come in the cute box in the picture :( they also shipped the backpack separate so i haven’t even received that yet. Sizing is weird and each clothing item is from a different brand of t-shirt which is confusing. overall i would not buy from the brand again. it’s overpriced and not like the description at all. i’m also disappointed at the amount of money i spent overall, because getting it over the border costed me an extra $45 as well.

Arrived after more than a month, and doesn’t contain a backpack, like promised, will never order here again

Order placed 12/6. Shipping label wasn’t even created until 12/13. Today is 12/22 and the package still hasn’t been shipped. Guess Christmas is going to be a little late this year.

I’ve ordered from them 2-3 times bc I do like their designs, I think they’re awesome. However, their shipping time and customer service is terrible! I didn’t get a response until my third email threatening a bad review…. And their response just told me the status of my package which I already knew and is what I was complaining about! It’s been 3 weeks and my package still says “ready to package” I ordered it for Christmas bc their shipping said it would come in about a week. But of course it’s now been 3 and it’s not even packaged with Christmas right around the corner. Now I know for next time if I need it delivered at a certain time to order 2-3 months in advance.

If you're here, you already know. The positive reviews have to be fake. This is not even a real 'company'. You will absolutely NOT get what you order. You might get a canned response or two from their "logistics team" but then they'll stop responding because not even they can overcome the shame of being scammers. You will most likely get nothing at all.

If you have ordered already and you're here, you also know. Just call your credit card company now and get the chargeback initiated. I'll save you the one or two extra chances you were planning on giving these clowns to fulfill your order. It's not happening.

Placed an order well over 2 weeks ago and did not receive the item or any tracking numbers. They also have not returned my emails. Scam company for sure

The company straight robbed me. I placed an order back in August and never received what I ordered. I emailed customer service, the first time I got an email back saying they would send another tracking number and resolve the current issue but I never got anything they said they would do, the second time was a week after the first just as a follow up and that was completely ignored, and then a week after the second email I sent another follow up and got nothing back again. This company is lazy and straight up fraudulent. Massive scam.

either a scam or the company is just lazy. no package updates on a box from months ago. they stopped replying.

Love it exactly what I ordered. Very nice quality T-shirts, and hoodies. Love all the accessories. Very good quality book bag will definitely be doing more business.

Love the merch but the shipping is killing you guys been waiting for over a month if you guys are waiting on stuff to get in it would be nice to let it be known
