Tudagrass Recenzje

Communication about delivery is very poor, one driver arrived with a very heavy roll of artificial grass. I was at work since I had no idea when it was being delivered.
My partner needs a new hip so she couldnt help and the poor delivery driver spent at least 20 minutes struggling on his own to get the roll of grass into the garden.
All credit with the guy he persevered till he got it in even risking injury to do so.
He went the extra mile and should be commended for his efforts but communication needs to be improved in terms of delivery I would have happily taken the day off to accept delivery had I been given any info on when it was supposed to be here.

Products that I have had have been great. Customer service interaction is top notch. The products were easy to use and install and look great finished. My friends have been complimentary of the finished look so that makes me happy

Bought a cordless artificial grass sweeper. Works really really well lightweight and efficient. Delivery service was spot on. Would definitely buy from this company again.

Excellent service , excellent products ( I bought the decking), and excellent delivery, ( Andy was friendly and efficient). And of course the price was excellent too. Thank you.

The most wonderful company to deal with - from receiving a sample, placing the order, contacting customer services (as I needed to move the date of delivery), to the most wonderful delivery driver (Andy). The product itself is outstanding quality compared with composite product purchased from elsewhere beforehand. It was transported with the upmost care. I could not be happier. Thank you, Tuda, for being an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Ordered 4.8m grey composite decking, with the fixings.
Absolutely spot on from start to finish.
No fuss delivery.
Great quality product.
Looks great now the decks completed.

Good communication and top quality product.

Had delivery of trims to finish an ongoing project, the colour they sent is nothing like all the other products that they supplied, yet they claim that they’re all anthracite grey. The first couple of products supplied were anthracite, last delivery they wares silver colour, they won’t accept their mistake at all. I’m very disappointed with their reaction with this, I thought they were a decent company!!

Absolutely great experience from start to finish, excellent communication with reference to delivery dates and the delivery drivers were very hands on and polite. Highly recommend

Absolutely excellent product ( I had composite decking) which looks great and was really simple to put together
Also delivery went like clockwork and driver went above and beyond when helping to unload
Absolutely 💯 recommend TudaGrass

I got a great deal while an offer was on. The quality was great and my garden looks amazing.

The quality of the Tuda schools yellow artificial grass is as good as 3 other company’s but was £6 per sq Metre cheaper.

Great communication regarding and ordering and questions about delivery.
Also the delivery of an excellent decking boards product.
Also a mention regarding helpful delivery driver.
