Treat Kitchen Recenzje

Received gifts from a friend from Treat Kitchen so found their website from the packaging which is great by the way (Fancy bottles). So ordered other bottles with different treats in them for Presents for Xmas (Candy Canes are delicious) but sadly they did'nt arrive due to Royal Mail loosing them as soon as i emailed the company they answered so quickly and were so helpful even with a phone call. We left it over the weekend and this morning as they have not arrived a Gentleman named Scott got in touch and told me they were resending them out next day delivery. The service has been exceptional and so helpful and i will definitely be buying from them again
Thank You Peter and Janet

Fun product for Christmas, haven't eaten it yet but I am sure it will be good. Ginger bread reindeer.

Their items are so lovely and brilliant high quality. Their customer service is fantastic and they are very helpful. Would highly recommend

Scott was so responsive and accountable when I raised a very minor issue with my order. Scott got my order rectified quickly and added a little extra in which I was not expecting.
The products are great, the packaging is great, the customer service is awesome. I will always be ordering directly from now on.

Excellent company! Great value for money. Lovely items! I ordered 6 cookie decorating kits on 3 for 2. They got separated and were a tad delayed due to Royal Mail strikes. I emailed asking if my other half was coming. I had a response within 5 mins with all the information. Exemplary customer service and great product. Highly recommend.

Great items!
Ordering was easy , and price was great as they were on offer, and really pleased with the product . Parcel was very well packed and arrived quickly .

Amazing company, we have been purchasing their gingerbread for the past 3 years and it tastes amazing! We have never had any issues with them. Only with royal mail which TTK confectionery customer services sorted very quickly sending out replacement kits and even adding in some extra yummy treats for inconvenience! Look forward to purchasing again Next year!

Easy to order and quick delivery. Items well packed.

Really nice sweets and good offers. Quick and kind response to queries too. Fast delivery and packed in a good sturdy box. Will definitely order again.

I dont know what they do but there sweets taste so fresh! There like no other place i have tried! will be buying every time i go to town :)

Lovely products, the glass jars are so cute and can be recycled into drinks glasses or light bottles

Asking for a review about an order I am still waiting for. I have sent 2 emails regarding my order that have had no reply. This order was for teachers leavers presents but she has now broke up for the summer holidays. Needless to say I am far from happy with my purchase.

Someone brought me one of these for my birthday, I loved it, very personal. I purchased for some colleagues as it’s the end of school term. They give a personal message to the person, they are quirky and very reasonably priced, I had a few presents to buy but these are not expensive, just perfect. They were prompt with delivery as well! Very happy and will definitely be ordering again.

Received my order missing a jar contacted support and Received on next day delivery

Good swift service. Packed well and arrived within a few days. Jar slighty smaller than I expected for the price but I'm still happy with it.

I put a note on my order saying some of the items were for my son's birthday in 5 days time. I didn't expect the order to arrive in time because it was standard delivery and the postal service has been so slow lately. However, it came the day before his birthday. I like to think TTK Confectionery swiftly processed my order to help make this happen. Products were great, as always.
