Shipping method and help
It’s a online shopping based on UK I buy to send for Portugal, and pay almost 8€ for shipping fees, and when arrive at Portugal the customs ask me to pay more 11€ to get my package! I write an email for TSPN and they say “ isn’t our problem, you need to solve you and CTT”

It is a shame that you feel the need to rate our services 3/5 as you are seemingly not aware or familiar with how customs fees work. Of course, for clarity for others, our words in our fourth email on the matter were 'As we are located in United Kingdom, and outside the European Union, we have no influence or jurisdiction regarding whether or not you are due to pay import duty/customs tax for your order.'
Not so much 'isn't our problem".
This information is clearly stated in our Shipping policy also, easily accessible on our website.

Cheeky Jacket
I ordered a 1990-92 Italy Diadora track jacket and it took about 3 days to arrive from the day I placed the ordered online. It came exactly as how it was shown in the picture and I could not be more satisfied with the jacket itself! And I got it for just over £50 which is cheaper compared to other websites I found online.
