The worst customer service l have ever…
The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have been chasing after my USD 64 refund for over a month. I have spoken to 5 different representatives and when I finally received a confirmation for my refund, a different representative emailed me with retention purposes and offered me a 30% refund. They don't communicate with each other and don't read about the customer's situation and they are so cheap that they rather spend several working hours on a USD 64 case instead of listening to the customer and process the refund.
Their checkout page is an absolute mess. You have to be very careful if you don't want to pay double/triple the original price. I wouldn't buy with this company!

Statt eine Einheit zu bestellen,werden 4 Einheiten angekreuzt und wenn man das ändern will,kommen die geänderten Sachen nochmal dazu und auf einmal muss man dreimal soviel bezahlen. Stornieren innerhalb einer Stunde geht dann auch nicht und das Geld wurde sofort abgebucht.

Over 5 weeks and still no patches!!
Ordered some patches to my mums address in Northern Ireland on 23rd April, paid just under £50. I received an email with tracking info several days later, which showed no information at all until 8th May. This stated the parcel had been returned to sender as it was a non compliant item.
Contacted customer services again who said it was still in transit through the UK and would be with me soon, even though said parcel had already been to N Ireland and was returned to a sorting office in England. I was told this same thing by the company for the next 3 1/2 weeks - to wait as it was in transit, 5 weeks after I’d placed the order
After sending another email a couple of days ago, I was told this parcel had been delivered to an address in London - they had no idea why and were sorry - I’m now having to wait for a refund though my credit card card company as I raised a dispute through them for non recipt of the patches which could take over 30 days!
Absolutely ridiculous!

Your company is so easy to deal with, communication online is excellent. I accidentally over ordered knee braces but your clear instructions and the promised refund received along with relief from the patches and wearing the brace made me realise that perhaps a dreaded second knee replacement may be unnecessary after all.

Clicked for one item and suddenly the order got charged for three orders. no order confirmation.
tried to cancel and they promptly said that the order already shipped. till date nothing ever received. just wrote to them about proof of courier despatch and delivery. let's see what they say.

Terrible. Order through Amazon
Ordered one product, received and was charged for six. No confirmation email in sight so couldn’t even check order to adjust and order went through without asking for email address or bank details. I am bemused by all these good reviews. My experience was the complete opposite. The website made it impossible to order one pack of the patches to try and I finished up being charged for six packs instead of one.i requested cancellation if the order within half an hour and was told it had already been dispatched! I found the only way to make them stick on was to tape them on and far from alleviating pain they have burnt my knee. Very annoyed to discover I could have bought one pack from Amazon.

Ich lese gerade die Bewertungen von Wellnee, und verstehe das die Kunden echt verärgert sind wie auch ich.
Ich habe mir vor 3 Wochen 1 Packet mit 10 Stück bestellt für 14,90€ zum testen des Produckts.
Nach 2 Tagen sehe ich das die Fa. Wellnee mir 5 Packete Berechnet hat was für eine Frechheit was sollte ich mit 5 Paketen wen ich nur 1 zum Testen wollte.
Ich habe sofort alles storniert.
Das Unding ist das man einen wirren Rückerstattungs Jungel durläuft bis man sein Geld zurück erhalten hat, vor allem bleibt man auf den Rücksendungkosten sitzen.
Eigentlich sollte man die Rücksendungskosten einklagen weil es bei dieser Fa. nach gezielter Absicht aussieht.
Aber für 7,50€ so ein Fass auf zu machen lohnt nicht.
Aber bei meiner nächsten Bestellung sehe ich mir jeden Verkäufer ganz genau an , und bei dieser Fa.werde ich nie mehr Bestellen.

I have only used the knee patches, which really do a good job when used per the manufacturer's instructions. The product arrives in a timely manner, and does what it says it does. I have not had any issues, so I can't comment on the quality of customer service, but I'm very satisfied so far.
