Quicker relief than I expected.
The brace and the patches arrived quickly and I tried them out immediately. The instructions were minimal but I figured it out. By the end of the first day I was ordering more patches.

So far so good!!
So far, so good!! My knee stability has improved. The pain that seemed to be more on the sides of my knee has greatly reduced. I am glad I took a chance on Wellnee braces.

Nighttime relief carries me forward
I wear the patches at night. The shape and positioning of the patches brings relief quickly. I also sleep easier and better. Usually I have a better day after wearing the patches at at night. I like the single sealed wrap; easy to peel the backing off - if you install it carefully, the patch hold ver well. Good company; good communication

I had a difficult time in ordering online and found it impossible to reach a company representative by phone. It was not clear that I needed to reject offers I did not want as well as checking what I did want. As I result several items I did not want I was charged for and sent.

Bestellprozess erzwungen
Im Bestellprozess wird man genötigt, immer mehr dazu zu kaufen. Ich habe die Homepage dann schließlich gelöscht, ohne die Bestellung abzuschließen und bekomme trotzdem plötzlich eine Bestellbestätigung mit allen möglichen Produkten - und die Abbuchung von PayPal. Das PayPal-okay wird ganz am Anfang vom Prozess angefragt.
Das ist ein ziemlich unseriöses Verhalten!
PS: bitte nicht behaupten, dass Sie meine Reklamation innerhalb Ihres Systems nicht nachvollziehen können. Ich habe die Bestellnummer in meinem Feedback hinterlegt.
PPS: auf meine Reklamation in Bezug auf Bestellprozess wird vom Helpdesk gar nicht eingegangen. Betrug.
Nach der Antwort von wellnee einen Tag später:
Wie vermutet kam als Antwort die übliche Textkonserve, dass anhand meiner Daten nichts nachvollziehbar sei. Ich hatte jedoch die Bestellnummer im online Formular von Trust Pilot angegeben.
Nach der Reklamation (die nach der ersten Textkonserve professionell abgewickelt wurde) und Rücksendung: Betrag wurde umgehend zurückbezahlt.
