I ordered one month supply but one month later was charged for another month i did not order.
email sent to cancel all further shipments but never received a response. Phone number voice mail request you leave a message without acknowledging who you are speaking to. Very unprofessional!!!

Wellanova stole my money. I ordered a supplement that got stellar reviews.
It took a month to get to me, and then a week later I was charged double for another month. I never authorized a subscription. There is no record of a subscription in my online profile. There is no credit card information saved on my account. I specifically requested not to save my credit card info in the initial transaction.
They have committed several crimes against me, and I have notified my bank and reported them to the Federal Trade Commission.
It occurred to me that the supplement I ordered may not even be real. I got side-effects from it that are not listed anywhere as a side-effect of this supplement.
Do NOT trust this company.

I ordered one 3 month supply of Amla. For some reason it created 2 orders and they charged my card twice. I sent them an email as soon as I discovered the double charge. Unfortunately both orders had already shipped and they assured me we could take care of it after it arrived. The first response was a 30% refund then they increased it to 40%. They told me they couldn't give a full refund. I informed them that I didn't even remove the Amla from the shipping package. They then said I could get a full refund but I had to pay to return the package that I didn't want in the first place. They continue to refuse to pay for the return shipping for their mistake. They claim that customer service is a top priority but refuse to do the right thing by paying for the return shipping of their mistake.
I will never buy another product from this company and encourage others to do the same as they will try to scam you out of money by creating 2 orders and then only offer a low refund.

It has been one Month I have not received my ONE TIME ORDER. In the meantime I was charged for a second order saying that I had a subscription. They do not answer the phone and they stall and make excuses as to why they have not shipped yet.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Have additional offers that are enticing but not really a needed purchase until satisfied with initial product.

Worst company to deal with! I thought I was only making a one-time purchase of vitamins. The purchase site never informed me that the company will be putting me in a monthly recurring subscription. The recurring cost was $30 more than my original purchase. I tried telephoning the company. I only get a recording. No one called me back. I got a complete “run around” via email correspondence. Most of the correspondence was a computer generated response. I cancelled my credit card. Extremely frustrating.

Trywellanova.com / Wellanova.com -- This website and its links have my Name / Phone Number / Address listed as the Corporate Contact, after they purchase a product. I now receive calls daily from individuals that they get continued billing and no product. I have attempted to contact the company & website and have been unable to reach them.

If you are reading this I suggest that you research carefully this firm! If you end up calling me based on info in their website. I will say: I'm inclined to believe that this company & website is a scam!

There are a lot of their products on Amazon. However, dealing with them through their website link, in my assessment, can lead to a fraudulent transaction.

If a Wellanova Representative reads this text, and they want to contact me, that would be greatly appreciated. Customer Satisfaction / CSI for a company is critical. I am not a customer and I am not getting paid to speak with the individuals who have reached out to me in regard to Wellanova.

Ordering experience is quick and easy. As for how well the product works....that review will be made after five months and yearly blood test.

Just the extra free supply. So if I'm counting right, I should receive 9 packets from this delivery, is that correct? 3 from initial order, 2 extra packs which I paid in order to receive 4 free packets, 9 in all.

Apparently I agreed to a subscription that wasn’t advertised at all so I know I didn’t sign up for one. I was charged a month after my 3month supply for prenatal vitamins for another shipment I didn’t authorize. I would’ve never agreed to a subscription when the pills are too large and the smell is awful. I just wanted to get through the supply I had already previously purchased. It’s dishonest to lock a customer into a subscription they didn’t ask for and state in your policy that when the order is placed a refund can’t be issued because the company processes quickly so shipping is very quick. It definitely took almost a month to get my first shipment. TO ALL FUTURE CUSTOMERS: go the find another company because this one is not worth the hassle, especially during a time of pregnancy.

Thorough analysis of your product and competition

I never received my order. The tracking number they provided could not be tracked. My emails are replied by a robot. Worse experience ever!!! Don’t trust this company at all.
