Awful product, didn’t work and let my skin burned. They say 100% money back guaranteed but won’t refund you all your money back. Do not purchase this garbage!!!

Utter garbage! Threw it straight into the bin...I'll never be taken in by Instagram ads again...expensive mistake.

In eerste instantie dacht ik dat ik het kocht van een Nederlands bedrijf uit Amsterdam. Later bleek dat het uit China kwam. 3 weken gewacht op mijn pakketje. Ik was super blij dat het geleverd werd. Maar het tegendeel werd bewezen. Het werkt gewoon niet je moet super hard duwen wat irritaties veroorzaakt. Ik heb geprobeerd contact op te nemen maar krijg geen reacties. Vind dit niet kunnen!!!

I ordered this product and it gave me a horrible rash on my bikini area plus made me bleed. I reached out to the customer service asking for a refund because this product is not for me.. my skin must be too sensitive for it. I ordered the 2 pack and asked if I could at least send back the product I didn’t open for a 50% refund. Even though it clearly states on their website a 100% money back guarantee they offered me a 30% refund… like $17 which I spent over $50 after shipping. I screenshotted the 100% guarantee and now they’re not responding to me at all. Horrible company! I’ve emailed 5 times in the last month with zero response for any type of return.

Completely ineffective - does not remove hair at all. Do not waste your money.

Bought this product and it does not work, I contacted them and they told me how to use it, I replied saying I know how to use it but it doesn’t work, they then sent me an email offering me a 30% refund, I’m still waiting for a reply, this company needs to be removed from the market as it’s a scam and so is their refund policy
Update- so relieved I paid via PayPal got a refund through them, after I put in a complaint

Koop dit aub niet!! Wat een geldklopperij!! Volgens de uitleg zou het allemaal zo gebeurd moeten zijn en het belangrijkste dat het zonder irritaties zou zijn. Dit is dus totaal niet waar. Mijn benen staan van top tot teen onder de rode bultjes.
Helaas pas de reviews op Trustpilot te laat gelezen anders had ik deze aankoop nooit gedaan.!!

Nooit iets ontvangen. Al 3 maanden lang aan het mailen om een reactie te krijgen. Zelfs via instagram krijg je amper reactie.

I wouldn’t even rate this company one star. I was informed my order couldn’t be delivered because of an issues with the delivery company, despite me giving very clear instructions to ensure I could receive the delivery. I made a complaint and was asked to clarify the mailing address which I did and still did not receive the product. After a second complaint I am no further forward: still no product, no helpful response from the company other than to continue to blame the courier and no signs of a refund. I would strongly discourage anyone from using this brand

Can't recommend it, terrible customer service. I received a broken item and wrote them that I just want to send it back and no replacement. All I get is stalling emails and no useful information. Glad that I didn't pay in advance, but they're still wasting my time.

This is a complete scam.
I decided to place an order with Klarna payment solutions because is thought it was worth a shot and I’d be protected from a scam by using Klarna. The website looked like a Norwegian website. after placing an order it took about 2-3 weeks for the provider to send it, but it never arrived at my address or at a postal service near me. I sent an email about this and requested the invoice deleted because the product was probably returned from whatever postal service location the product arrived at. They did not respond to my email, and I had to send a new one 13 days later. When they did reply, they told me that they had already forwarded a new product to me despite my request in the first email not to that. It’s been over a month since I placed the order, no product has arrived and now I’m forced to pay the invoice (with a late fee because it’s past it’s due date) and there’s no sign of the product or a tracking code for the new shipment that I did not request. Total scam!

My daughter accidentally ordered the article with payment by invoice through the payment platform Klarna.
After receiving the email with the order confirmation from tryunik on May 12th, I immediately contacted the company, notifying of such order created by mistake. The customer support replied on May 13th saying that the article had been already shipped. First lie: according to the tracking number, the article has been shipped on May 17th, so there was plenty of time to cancel my order. On May 29th I received the article and immediately contacted the customer support to ask for instructions for the return since no delivery slip with return options were found in the package, neither are available on their official website. Today I contacted again the customer support. Up to date, no answer and the payment through Klarna is due by June 11th. How can I exercise my right of withdrawal and return the article if the company does not acknowledge the request, failing to provide an address for the return? I will not pay for the article, that is for sure, and I have already reported the company for fraud.

Received May 20. Tried and didn't work, contacted the company. Over a week later, after multiple requests and a flurry of responses telling me I'm probably not using it right, I finally got an offer for a whopping 30% refund on a faulty product. Be advised, if you've used the product, then you don't get to return it for a refund. Read the return policy.

After watching all the videos and reviews on instagram I was keen to try this product. Unfortunately it took an hour to do my legs and even after several uses, the hair grows back as quick as shaved legs, but takes 10x as long to do. Bikini and underarms were difficult due to the size and shape and hardly worked. The edges can scrape and cause cuts and friction burns which was uncomfortable. Hoping my review helps deter people from spending the same amount of money for a product that just doesn’t meet the mark.

Doesn't work. No hair removed at all. Only removes skin. Contacted customer services to check I was using the current technique, and I was. Waste of money. Must be some video manipulation in the promo videos.
