I really wanted to like the Sprinkle Chill Bulk THC Drink Mix, but the texture makes it difficult to enjoy. The powder does not dissolve completely, even when stirred thoroughly or blended. It leaves a grainy, chalky residue in the drink and creates a gritty mouthfeel that takes away from the overall experience.

The effects are fine, but the dissolving issue is a major drawback — especially since the product is marketed as something you can easily mix into any beverage. I think the formula could benefit from improvements in solubility or a reduction in insoluble fillers so the drink comes out smooth instead of gritty.

If the company updates the formulation to dissolve more cleanly, I’d be open to trying it again. For now, the texture makes it hard to recommend and I may not re-order unless this issue is addressed.

Put in an order August 27th and 3 days later my credit card was charged. A label was created but UPS never received the package. I reached out to the company and a ticket was created saying I would hear something back in 72 hours. Those hours passed and I reached out 3 more times, always getting a message saying they had put my package in the front of the queue.That obviously hasn't happened since it is September 29th and my order hasn't even shipped yet. This seems to be happening to alot of customers now, as I'm reading more and more reviews that report the same thing. This is also a recent slip up with this company, as all of my previous orders were on time. Would love an explanation and my order, of course, but not sure I trust them anymore to do what they say they're going to do.

I placed an order in the middle of August. They of course charged my credit card immediately. They said that a shipping label was made. I reached out several times and was told that they were busy. They did give me a refund for half of my order. I still haven’t received my order. Now they are telling me that they are out of it! Really??!!! You charge people for products you don’t have! I’m going to reach out to our Attorney General. This is ridiculous. I have never spoken to a person!! What a scam!!

Ordered on Sept 9th...No order received...No REPLY FROM THEM on my complaints...Calling FBI.

Thank you for such great products. I love the drink and the powder. The drink tastes great and the powder dissolves good in coffee. I love these products and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to something that makes you feel great and is discreet.

This has been one of the most frustrating times dealing with a online company ever... ordered 3+ weeks ago and they still haven't even shipped my order yet!!! They haven't answered my emails they just took my hundreds of dollars and totally ghosted me! Which is w/e I have been blasting them on my Canna Review Pages on IG that has like 200k followers lol so god only knows how many orders they lost because of this. I ordered this stuff to help me out recovering from surgery but thanks to sprinkle that never happened and I didn't have enough time to order from a different company which is why I am so irritated. I would literally recommend buying from anyone else but these guys I am gonna keep blasting them on my IG page til they make this right if they ever do... til then posting everyday about it LOL. This isn't right to do to customers the website says SHIPS in 24-48 hours well that was over 3 weeks ago and my order still hasn't even been dropped off to UPS/USPS. Starting to wonder if this even a real company anymore, feeling like a total Scam bc this is exactly what scammers do never send your products then for weeks say its on its way trying to buy time so you cant do a CC charge back that's honestly what it feels like. Horrific first impression to say the least lol. That Ban is coming up in November so idk maybe they are just taking all our money and never going to ship anything one big last money grab so be very wary ordering from them!

While we got off to a rocky start, Sam at Sprinkle fixed my issue and then some! I am pleased with the outcome of my order.

UPDATE: After leaving this review, I was finally refunded. Now they are sending me emails begging me to remove this review. How embarrassing! A great way to avoid bad reviews is to conduct business in an appropriate manner, maybe try that.

This company is a total scam.

They do not ship orders and they do not respond to tickets or emails. I commented on their ad on instagram and they messaged me asking for my order number, but never got back to me after that.

I no longer want my order at all as I already ordered and received an alternative product.

Product never received, customer service useless. This isn't a real company.

I made an order on August 28th. I received an email that it had been shipped but it never showed up. When I went to the tracking number, it showed the label had been made but the product never dropped off at the shipping center. I spoke to customer service 3 times over the course of a month, including giving my order number and screenshots from the tracking number info, and they made excuses (none of which actually made sense. One was that the product had been out of stock when I originally ordered. Then why was a shipping label made for it??). The product was never received.

This isn't a real, trustworthy company.

After I posted my review, they finally responded and asked how they could make things right, and if they comped and expedited my order, would I take down my review. I said "no, but I will update it to reflect their follow up." I will update again after receiving the product.

HORRIBLE customer service. Placed order 2 weeks ago and no update at all. Emailed them a week ago, nothing. No response on social media either. Just ridiculous. Someone needs to go into direct competition with these people and offer REAL customer service!

Sprinkle products are excellent. The Restore social tonic delivers as advertised. No hangover; pleasant buzz with just one shot. Mix with juice and sparkling water for a pleasant drink. Just be careful! One drink is enough!!

Edit: My order/ticket number was 158535 I’m happy to attach the email thread. I never recd any response after the ticket number. Worse they STILL haven't cancelled my subscription and
I’m getting spam EVERY SINGLE DAY from them. I just managed to stop the “subscription” but I can’t seem to cancel it entirely. I’m not 100% it is this company but I’ve also had a dramatic uptick in spam calls since my original order. I need cancel the account and get a refund or I’ll do a chargeback

Order confirmed Sep 1. On Sept 15 I emailed the company because there was no tracking number yet. They responded with a ticket number, there was never a tracking number assigned & now I cannot access the ticket. I’ve emailed them to cancel. Hopefully they will do so, but I’ll definitely be filing a charge back if they do not. Very disappointed, maybe don’t run so many ads if you don’t have the product. And quit sending me follow up emails. I never got the product the first time why would I order again?

**Calm Without the Buzz**

Five stars! Sprinkle is pleasant and gives me a nice sense of calm without any buzz. I actually prefer mixing it into a non-alcoholic sparkling drink, like TRIP, instead of having one or two glasses of wine. It’s relaxing, enjoyable, and has become a great alcohol-free alternative for me.

So, I have gotten these ads all over any algorithm I have for months. Finally decided to try it - read these reviews AND reviewed their shipping policy. Placed the order 9/1. 10 days go by, I reach out 9/10, they don't respond for 5 days - and promise me expedited shipping and service to thank me for my patience. Then I reach out again after 8 days with ZERO updates - this time I still haven't heard back. Would have loved to try it - but the lack of communication, promises of expedited shipping that never happened, etc. - nah. Put your money with a more reputable hemp company. Thank god for a bank that will help out when people fail to deliver on empty promises.

UPDATE: Alright, so they got in touch with me after this review (like within a handful of hours after I posted it - miles faster than their support) and worked with me to provide a refund, and I guess expedite my order (we'll see - I got told it was backlogged) - but I wanted to share that I had been asked if they "made it right" if I would take my review down. Which... really left a horrid taste in my mouth. So do what you will with this information. Did they make it right? Sure - but I shouldn't have to do a Trustpilot review for actual movement on my order, and I shouldn't be asked to take down a review that shares how they handle customers.

Ordered 8/30/2026 and my order hasn’t even shipped yet. I’ve emailed the company 9/10 and submitted a request to the contact form on their site 9/21 but haven’t received any response. Both the email and the form say to expect a response within 72 hours. I’ll give it till end of the month till I dispute the charge on my card but still pretty unhappy with the experience regardless. Order #157154 if anyone sees this and can help.

Product is as advertised, 15-20 minutes and blast off. Buzz is long lasting
