Absolutely absurd - Ordered over a week ago, still no updated shipping information. Delivery said 3 days, well we are on day 7 and no update?!?! Absolutely terrible customer service, do not bother!

Is this company even legit?
I ordered a week ago. My item has not been shipped. Ive emailed several times. No response from an actual person whatsoever. Like, just tell me if it's going to ship or not. Do i really have to back-charge my credit card? I will order from someone else, if you cant fulfill orders. Order #: 149625 .... I also notice most of these Trustpilot reviews are "unprompted" which means they are not verified orders. I doubt the 5 star reviews are valid - they are all written like marketing copy. I actually ordered this stuff (order number above) because the website said delivery in 2-3 days. Total nonsense! Read the negative reviews. They are all the same and will give you an idea of what you are in for. the company doesn't ship on time (or at all in many cases) and there is no one to handle inquires and complaints. EDIT/UPDATE: Sprinkle has emailed me asking for specific information (Full name, phone number, order number, etc...) about my order. I have already provided my order number and Im sure they can find what they are looking for using the order number. Feels like a stall technique. Will provide more updates as they develop.

Sprinkle zaps anxiety 🙌🏼
I have battled anxiety for years and tried medication that helped, but left me in a brain fog. If you have anxiety, you know what that constant, internal tension and shakiness feels like—like a generator is turned on inside Sprinkle takes that constant rattling that seems like it never stops—and turns it OFF. I have been able to reduce or eliminate my meds—DO NOT EVER JUST STOP TAKING AN SSRI. I told my doctor, she gave me a schedule of reducing my medication gradually. I have stopped caffeine, stopped eating fast food, and I feel better now than ever. No grogginess, no stumbling around—I can control the dose I add to any drink—usually water and Drip Drop—half a scoop of Calm when I get home. Full scoop of Sleep before bed. Gently fall asleep! THC has such a stigma attached to it bc you picture someone laughing and out of control high bc they smoked joints. This is NOT like that. It’s plant based, tasteless, and has no side effects that I have experienced. I have an ulcer—doc said it would not affect that.
I honestly feel like a new person! 💯—buy it! Sprinkle has excellent customer service, responds quickly, and allows you to stack coupons. Shipped to your front door—i have a subscription for once a month.

They made it right
Like so many others, I experienced serious shipping delays (almost 4 weeks) with my order, even after paying extra for overnight shipping. However, Sprinkle did finally make it right, and I am completely satisfied with the outcome. I understand that they are having growing pains, but it sounds like they are truly trying to mitigate the issues. I will order from them again with a more realistic expectation of when I will receive my order. Thanks, Sprinkle!

Don't expect a timely delivery.
As your ad says this isn't cheap and I've spent good money on your product that you haven't sent yet. I posted a negative review om an ad yesterday. Today it was gone. Wonder where it went? I thought this was resolved yesterday but they still haven't shipped my order. Yesterday they said they'd put it in the number one spot for shipment as their 72 hour shipping policy would have made my order be shipped out by last Wednesday? Even after talking with them early in their day
I'm three hours ahead of them. Plenty of time to ship yesterday and I expected a tracking number from them yesterday. I was told I was put in the number one spot and they haven't shipped it. That means they didn't ship any orders yesterday? What does that say for other customers? No more games. Please either send my order or give me a refund today. They say you don't give refunds. I don't like conflict but I also don't like games. I'm retired with a lot of time on my hands. I will continue to INFORM others of thei poor business practices. If they don't send the product all the credit and discount offers on future orders isn't good enough. I was offered an extra jar of chill. I'd rather have my product. Try talk to a live person. All zi can do is post negative reviews for the world to see, Communication is only on their terms.
Edit this is the proof. They only respond when they look bad. You have to jump through hoops to get then to. I've posted bad reviews everywhere before I get a response. Save yourself the trouble. My order has shipped today it looks like. My order was placed 11 days ago. They were supposed to ship within 72 hours. I've already made a claim with my bank. Let's see how this plays. I've told Sprinkle several times to cancel my order and give me a refund. They have a no refund policy but they don't deliver when they say and you are expected to wait as long as they feel to send your product. It's all one sided and not with the customer in mind. When you fail your service and break your contact I've got a right to break mine. How dare you send product after I've told you to cancel. I'm not changing my claim and if my bank refunds ne I'll refuse the shipping. If not you don't have a customer any longer. Horrible service!!!

STAY AWAY! I tried this product with the understanding that satisfaction was guaranteed and if not, per their advertising, they’d “make it right” After trying the single 5mg dose without effect and then doubling to 10 mg without effect I requested a refund. Their offer was a store credit Why would I buy more of the same useless product??? After sending another message requesting the refund, they referred me to their fine print no cash refund policy, which is not stated anywhere in their advertising. I have not heard back from them since. Their advertising is deceitful. Their product is useless and their claim to make things right, if not satisfied is a pure lie. Do not buy this product.
Today. Sprinkle replied, asking for my information so that they can work to resolve this issue. They already have all of my information from my previous emails so this response is just a canned AI reply that they send to anyone who raises a complaint. As before stay away from this business, save your money, go elsewhere, and don’t expect that they’ll ever satisfactory respond to any concerns you might
8/30 update: I’ve changed the review rating to a neutral because they ultimately relented and provided a refund for the order (minus shipping charges).

Although we didn't receive the product in time for our vacation, we were offered a full refund for the inconvenience.
The product itself delivers as promised. We were able to sample it when we returned from the beach. It truly is flavorless and works in any drink you choose. Get ready for a nice calm evening.

We enjoy how we can control the dose. Being a powder we can do a full scoop, half scoop, whatever we want. Mix it in OJ, water, even food. Total control with predictable results. They did tell me it’s best not to cook it into food because it could reduce effectiveness. Our first of many reorders was delivered yesterday.
