Great customer service, I had an issue with my order and needed to do express post, John replied straight away and worked with me to ensure my goodies will arrive in time for my Hens. Always great when you try a new product and get service like this from the get go! Cant wait to try!

I contacted Soft Landings asking for an estimated delivery time as the tracking for my order had not been updated in a while (AusPost issue). They responded very quickly, apologised (despite it not being their fault) and resent my order immediately!

Needed to get the soft landings quick before our trip to New York City for a wedding and a trip to Europe and in an hurry, I accidentally placed the order without adjusting the shipping from standard to overnight. I emailed customer service and John got back to me IMMEDIATELY. He explained my options and even went ahead and cancelled my order for me via a simple email reply. No fumbling around on the website just a quick “go ahead” and it was cancelled and refunded! I re placed the order, selected the overnight shipping and PRESTO! Never have I had such streamlined and personalized customer service! Love this product and their team so so much! Couldn’t recommend it more!!!

Great Product! and Great Service! The postal service lost the parcel and kept requesting i wait. The service team at Soft Landings were on it the second i wrote an email asking for help. Immediatly tracket it, realised it was lost by the post service, and express posted me the new package. Couldnt ask for more!

No false advertising. Says what it does. Easy to use, taste is not bad. Actually quite tasty. Great product and excellent customer service. Beware of imitations!! Amazon has some fake sellers! So not buy there.

Great product that isn't pretending to be something it's not. Clear warnings about when to take and when followed has great results. Having the sachets so easy to share with friends/put in my pocket are so handy and means it actually gets used. Highly recommend. Added bonus that the customer service team are very responsive!

After four nights of Raving, in the desert. Decided to try out their product. Used both the hydration packets as recommended and the Post Party mix. I was expecting to feel as good as I did. Product delivers and will be purchasing more, when I head out to the Desert to Rave like no other.

The product and delivery were both great. Everyone loved these being available for the morning after.

My friends and I took them after two nights of raving in miami, game changer. Felt super locked in on Monday and no comedown which would typically result in a shitty week after. Actually works
