I was shipped another order without my…

I was shipped another order without my approval. I emailed immediately to cancel but only got a response from a robot. I was offered a discount but I rejected it and I am still getting this order. I have tried to cancel even tried to get a subscription to cancel but it tells me that I do not have a subscription. So why am I getting another order? There is no place to cancel my order or future orders. I have contacted my credit card to stop payment. This is ridiculous situation! I am thinking that this a scam.

BEWARE!I think this company is scam

BEWARE!I think this company is scam. Their customer service is terrible. I got my order but then received an email stating that my order wasn't delivered. No offer was given to refund or anything. Then suddenly I got another email a month later saying that my oder had shipped. But this was a new order that I had not authorized. When reaching out to them asking to cancel my subscription (which I am sure I did not get) and get a refund, they just send an automated email stating that I can get a 30% discount. Also when on the website and trying to manage my subscription, the manage subscription option is not a link like the shipping policy is. I might have to cancel my card and get a new one.

I love how they offer whipped tallow. I'm hesitant on using the cream style ones because they are heavy

Buyer beware

The product that was on their site and the product received were not the same. The product shipped from China even though they state that it is made in small batches in the USA. Threw it out and got a new CC to avoid the deceptive monthly subscription

Product is trash

Product is trash. It makes me itch and there satisfaction guarantee policy is worse than there product as it has to be unopened. How you are supposed to know if you are satisfied if you can’t try the product. Also they secretly put you on a subscription and when you try to check if you have a aubsription to cancel it it deceitfully states you don’t have a subscription
