UNABLE TO CANCEL ORDER

I was only ordering one order but a 2nd has come out of my account and emails advise it is enroute. I did not place a 2nd order and could not afford for the money for the 2nd order to be taken from my account. Please cancel all further orders as there is no way to do so on your website. It has filled me with distrust for the produce now. I have tried multiple methods and have received no response to confirm no further orders will be forwarded.

We’d be happy to help clarify both your subscription and your experience with Rosanova. However, we’re unable to verify your order or subscription using the information provided in this review.

Rosanova does not automatically enroll customers in subscriptions. Before placing an order, customers are presented with two options: One Time Purchase or Subscription with 50% off. An active subscription can also be managed or cancelled directly through the customer portal.

Please contact support@tryrosanova.com with your order number and the email address used for your purchase. Our team can verify exactly what was selected on the original order and assist with the subscription if needed.

Just in my 2nd week and I do feel I…

Just in my 2nd week and I do feel I have more energy.
Maybe seeing a little difference in my apperance but too early to tell. continuing to use and monitor. Here's Hoping :)

No change so far...

I still have not received my replacement bottle that was broken in shipment.
I do not see any improvement in stature, health, or overall well-being.

Your replacement has been sent — it went out free of charge and is on its way, and we've emailed you the tracking details. If it hasn't reached you, do reply to that email or contact us at support@tryrosanova.com and we'll chase it up straight away.

On results: Rosanova works with your body's own lymphatic system, so it takes consistency — most customers tell us the real difference shows in their second and third month of daily use. We'd love for you to give it that run once your replacement arrives.
