Scam company!!
Ordered on 8 of Feb and now its 25 march its almost 2 months now, pretty sure it has passed the shipment policy duration now. Tracking order said it has been delivered but i dont see my item at all. Tried emailing them and contacting them from every different angle and still no reply from this company. I just want my items and i waited patiently for a month and when u delivered it, its just not there?? why is this company still standing? where are the responsibility? such a scam company, might as well buy a paper jewellery, cheap and you surely get your items. Extremely poor service
I wanted to buy my girl a present from this website, however, I didn't check their web credentials and it was a shocker.
I made my purchase on Fri, 26 Jan, 11:53 am (local time) and I believed it was right for it to arrive just before Valentine's Day. To my surprise, they didn't even ship the item at all. I tried to contact support to ask them what was going on with my order and they answered me with a chat GPT-generated general template referring me to their policy for refunds. Where I read that even if I submit an email there within their rights to judge that there is no precedence for my request and reject it. I never wanted to ask for a refund, just wanted the item shipped.
I posted my question about the shipment on the 7th of Feb and their answer arrived on the 13th of Feb.
Long story short the item arrived today, which is the 18th of Mar in the morning.
If you're in a hurry I suggest you don't order from these blocks, because shipments are from China.

Paid for express shipping. Guaranteed it would ship in 5-7 days instead of the usual 10. It took 14 days to ship.
I asked for a refund for my express shipping, no reply from the company. I unfortunately just read their refund policy, and there’s basically no way to EVER return anything. And, if they mess up the delivery, you absorb the cost. Not them. Terrible customer service.

Definitely feeling scammed! I order from this website on February 1st, 2024, I have not received my order yet. The tracking number provided said my gift was shipped on February 10th. I’ve sent a few emails at this point and haven’t received any answers. Please don’t fall for this scam like so many of us have! Their Tik Tok advertisement pulled me in and I should have known then, it was too good to be true

Avoid this "company" altogether. Ordered 8th February, says order ready on the 16th and in transit on the 13th which makes no sense. Emailed several times with no reply. Tracking number supplied takes you to Yun Express which is supposed to be a Chinese carrier. Just a huge scam! Have disputed the payment with my bank and they have temporarily credited it back to me whilst they try to make a claim with them.

Definitely a scam. I placed my order on 03/02/2024, I paid the express shipping in order to have priority as they advertise but as for today nothing changed!
Please note that they shipped my order 2 weeks later but still I did not receive my package!

Valentine’s day scam
01May24 UPDATE: I have not received my order. Pheromania has NOT refunded my order even after I have contacted them as per their reply.
Their last email to me was on 13Apr24 stating that they will fully refund me. However, I have not received any refund to date.
Ordered a gift for valentine’s day on 16Jan2024 on their website. Received a confirmation mail on 22Jan2024 that the order was accepted and it was being processed.
Tracker only showed dates that did not make sense
-22Jan2024: Order Ready
-17Jan2024: In Transit
No further updates til date.
1st email to support email of pheromania to request for an update on 02Feb2024. Received a reply on 03Feb2024 that it was processed and shipped, and i had to wait for 7-12 business days.
Wasn’t sure 7-12 days from the 22Jan or 03Feb so I emailed a 2nd time to ask further, but did not receive any response.
Waited until 20Feb2024 which was 12 business days from 03Feb2024 but still no response from them and no delivery was made.
Sent a 3rd email to inform that it’s been 12 business days and still no news. But yet to receive any response to date. Still waiting…..

Terrible company, definitely feels like a scam, I paid for express delivery, nothing has turned up it has been 10 days now, no reply or acknowledgement of several emails sent. I will give them another 7 days to prove me wrong, but I am not holding my breath.

Scam Chinese company. They had 500,000 likes on their TikTok advert, so assumed it would be ok. Valentines gift ordered on 24h January. Nothing arrived by the 14th Feb. Chased them on their website, Instagram, Facebook, email and tried calling them, but no reply whatsoever. Have asked PayPal for my money back.
