If it was possible to not give any stars, this would be the time to do it. After now reading some reviews, I’m glad I didn’t receive it. My parcel got lost and they took forever to answer and after many weeks the outcome was: no product and no refund. Terrible customer service and for what I read even worse product.

Please avoid this scram website, no communication whatsoever, return and refund is totally out of question. Automated subscription is the scam.
Totally avoid! I wouldn't trust their product to give my children either if the service is bad!

One star is too much to say for these assholes they continue to steal your money with a subscription you didn't buy into they refuse to cancel it unless you give them more money it is a scam they don't send you any product do not give them your information time to take him to court who's in

Rubbish!! Dont even subscribe it is a scam!!! After i asked them to end the subscription i was offered to have it every three months when i send an email
Back to ask to stop the subscription altogether them it showed that the email wasn’t valid the same email that worked the first time so they are scammers stay away!!

Ordered items in November and never subscribed for more, one month after over £80 taken from my account. I cant even contact customer service to explain this as email provided in Shop app and on their website doesnt accept incoming emails. So no opportunity to contact seller or manage subscription, as apparently Im subscribed now and no chance I did it. Called the bank already, when pending amount will clear I will go there to report a fraud. I reported them already on Shop and can see theres more people with same issue.

They try to trick you into paying more subscription cycles then you want. They don´t apply their own cancel anytime, zero commitment policy!
This is the worst customer service I have ever had. It seems like they have put in system to trick you into paying more subscription cycles then you want by delaying their answers for many weeks writing many emails where they try to convince you to stay in the program. There subscription policy says that after 2 cycles of a monthly subscription you are supposed to be able to cancel anytime, zero commitment. I did not understand I had chosen a monthly subscription so when I realised that, I cancelled my subscription 5th of december. Anyway they charged me for an extra third cycle end of december saying that they had a lot to do and did not have time to answer my email. And now when I want to cancel (again) they are demanding me to pay 30% more for the orders I have already received saying that the price was only for subsciption and saving program, and not for regular orders. Nowhere does it say that if I cancel my subsciption after 2 fyll cycles I have to pay them 30% extra. They market themself with saying cancel anytime, zero commitment (after 2 billing cycles). I have now paid a third cycle because they did not cancel my order when I asked them to. Neither did they come back to me with the information that I have to pay them 30% extra now to be able to cancel my order. It took them 2,5 weeks to get back to me, only when I wrote again angry because they had charged me for the third billing cycle. So they don´t cancel my subsciption and charge me for a third involuntary billing cycle. And then they are demanding me to pay 30% more then I have already done and if not they will not stop my subscription and keep robbing my money. I can not sy anything about the products yet but please be aware that this company try to trick you into paying more cycles of subscription even if there cancellation policy says that you are supposed to be able to cancel after 2 cycles.

Awful company, keep removing over £50 a month from me and respond to my emails cancelling saying that they need nonsense information and then never cancel it- resorting to manipulation tactics 'as a good mother' im sure you'll want to keep them protected. Awful. I am so upset with this company and will be speaking to trading standards

This company operates a subscription trap, and customers should be extremely cautious.

Key facts from my experience:

• The website requires login through Shopify, where card data is stored
• There is no self-service way to cancel a subscription
• The “cancellation” section does not allow cancellation — it only talks vaguely about refunds
• Customers are forced to email support to cancel
• Cancellation requests are delayed or ignored
• During these delays, the company continues charging

I explicitly requested cancellation multiple times. Instead of cancelling, they stalled, avoided clear answers, and claimed my request was being “forwarded” internally — long enough to charge me again.

When my husband emailed them (with a clearly business-professional tone), they responded immediately after ignoring me.

They then attempted to penalize me retroactively by charging back the discount I received, and due to continued stalling, I was charged yet another order.

There is no legitimate reason a customer should be unable to cancel their own subscription online in 2025.

I have full email documentation.

Do not buy this product. I opted out of a subscription but they still put me in one. Went to cancel and was sent an email telling me I needed to put my child first and this was in their best interest.
The product has no taste and is basically water and food dye..
I still haven't recieved any sort of refund from them & have only basically got one from the bank.

SCAM & UNSAFE! Dont give it to your children!!!The product was sent from China, it didnt include any infomration on the country of origin or manufacture which is required by FDA for all products that are marketed to children. Customer support is a bunch of bots and they refused to provide me details on where the product is produced, manufacture information and safety testing. The labeling is not compliant and I guess that the product is drop-shipped from chineese factory, thats why it takes 3 weeks to arrive.

Caution to anyone who would like to try their product on subscription. It can take very long to ship and arrive. I received mine almost a month after ordering. So within 3 days of receiving the first order, I was charged for the second.

When I requesting the stop the second order because I just received the first, I was denied and reminded I signed up for the subscription.

When I requested to cancel the subscription instead, they offered to adjust frequency of order.

Now, I am being told I will need to pay back the discount offered at the initial subscription in order to cancel despite fulfilling 2 subscriptions as per the company's policy.

Subscription discount only applies for the first order and not on subsequent orders.

I have not tried the product, it could be very efficacious, but it's feels very much like a trap unfortunately.

There is also no function allowing you to manage your subscription on the website, it's through email only. So, you'll have no control.

Absolutely unethical practices. Attempted to cancel subscription 3 times. Wrote in, and each time it took them 2-3 weeks to respond - at which point the auto renewal has been done.

Furthermore, the response come back as attempts to keep me subscribed and never directly addresses my request to unsubscribe.

Reported to my bank and they refunded me my most precious ‘subscription’ and have also blocked them in my account.

It borderlines legalities with fine print, but uses intentional strategies to keep you trapped as long as possible.

With such practices, it makes me question the credibility of the products themselves.

Initially it seemed like customer service is great because as soon as I placed the order, I realised I should ship it somewhere else. Someone responded and was very helpful but then the order never arrived and I've emailed them 4 times and no one is answering me! I paid £109 and so far it's been 2 months and I'm unable to get anything back
