Gutted I never read reviews but as the company offered a 30 day money back guarantee and was allegedly from uk, I thought I’d try the shower heads, sadly they are quite clearly a load of cr**, initially tried but was clearly too heavy to sit in the shower bracket, fell off bracket and marked my shower tray, it’s doesn’t do as they advertise, ie power shower head and is being unfairly advertised, I’ve emailed them and had an auto response from Lucy stating 24-48 hours reply that was 5 working days ago, nothing since. I will report to my bank for a reverse charge, just because they’ve sent the product they are still scammers taking money for something that clearly isn’t fit for purpose under the online purchasing consumer act !!

I believe when you sell stuff online, you must provide a great customer service. Unfortunately not this case. I have ordered one but the size was too small XXL! Everything I order XXL always fits me. However as they didn’t have a XXXL, I wanted to send it back. Only to find out that this comes from Cina so it cost me quite a bit and it wasn’t worth it. I’ve asked for a refund or at least a 50% but they only gave me 15% which is poor. Firstly the sizes aren’t realistic and secondly make sure to let customers know that if the size is wrong, you are pretty much screwed! There is a reason why Amazon is the master of online shopping, their customer service is as it should be!

SHOCKING company to deal with! My partner bought a shower head, does not work at all and is actually faulty! Will not offer a full refund and kept offering miserly discounts and refunds!
This company are scam artists and need to be avoided and reported!

AVOID!! Shower head eventually arrived! When I fitted it it tripped my electric shower! Complained to them and now 3 emails later they have offered a 15% refund! Which is £4.04! My order was £26.94!!!
I’m raising the issue with my bank today!

I’m a bit confused why TrustPilot seems to give this company 1.5 stars when as far as I can see no one has given it anything other than 1 star and would like to give less. Perhaps one TP can explain.

Bottom line is I made the mistake of ordering from this company before reading the reviews. This is not a bona fide business and is a scam company based in China. Whatever you think you need it’s not from this company. Buy from a UK business or simply see your payment as a donation to the Chinese economy and write it off.

The shower head is awful the water pressure is weak and does not function as described. I bought x2 and one snapped when installing. Really poor product quality! Customer service is terrible they ask you to return the product to China for a refund despite having a London address on their website under the contact page. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Do not buy the shower head. Ordered 2 heads took over 3 weeks to arrive, when they did arrive the packaging was in poor condition. Tried to attatch one of the shower heads but it didn't fit. Even though they state it fits all showers. Very poor quality.
Contact customer service to return them. It took days for them to respond. They Advised it would cost me more money to return them.

Got a back support.
Took ages to come from China, was way to small couldn’t use, very expensive and no way to return it.

This is not a British company, I waited nearly 3 weeks for the shower head to come from China, when it arrived it doesn't even work, the water won't even go through it let alone give you more pressure.
If I don't receive a refund I will be raising a dispute with my bank.
I hate that we now live in a world where people think it's acceptable to steal money from hard working people

Do not buy from this company, the shower head blocks off the hot water after you have had the water running for 3 minutes or so causing the water to run freezing cold.
Luckily I kept my old shower head as soon as I put the old one back now able to have lovely shower without having to worry about the water turning cold.

Purchased 2 shower heads and extra replacement filters believing Kavon is based in Uk London as it states on their website unfortunately when i received dispatch update along with tracking number etc via email i tracked me order and the shower heads were dispatched from china and replacement filters was dispatched from California US it has been well over few weeks and tracking is showing stuck at some foreign country for weeks I’ve lost count the amount of times I’ve contacted Kavon but sadly got nowhere on top of that their customer support team are unprofessional with no manners or knowledge and poor customer skills to communicate with their customers i will be opening a dispute and taking this matter further to prevent people falling into their trap if anyone is reading this please DO NOT order from Kavon and avoid at all cost

Agree with all other reviews. I have written to Amazon to remove them from their platform for providing shoddy products and misleading customers that they are UK based. Also their attempts to get out of honouring their refund guarantee. Also write to your bank explaining item not fit for purpose and that the company refuse to refund and are misleading and make a charge back

A scam company they use cheap inferior products, they never refund when they say they will.
I found a better quality posture brace on amazon for half the price.

Terrible company. Item petit when ordered XL. Refund from China which is obviously not going to happen. Wait days for response.

I wish I could have given this Company a minus score because that's all they deserve. On 20-10-2024 I ordered a 3XL SpineAlign back support from this "London based Company" at 42 Floor, Chimney Walk, Sugar House Island, Stratford, E15 2RB. I received the item on 29-10-2024 and it was nowhere near big enough for me, my husband or my daughter and we are all different sizes. I sent an email explaining the problem and asking for return instructions. I was offered 2 alternatives, either keep it and receive a partial refund(15%) or return it and pay the return cost. The return address is in Guangzhou City, China!
The business was supposedly started by "Lucy Gregs" according to the blurb on the website - "Kavon was started by Lucy Gregs in 2018 with one simple mission:
"Bring unique & useful products to everyone"
Since then, we have set out to design and develop products to do just that
Today, we have more than 23,000+ happy customers from 34+ countries across the world." Absolute tosh! I am still waiting for my refund although I have had an email confirming it. By the way, as an added insult, this exact same item is for sale on Amazon for between £6.99 and £10.99 as opposed to the £29.95 that I foolishly paid. Never buy anything that you see on a Tik-Tok reel without thoroughly checking out the Company details.

Bandits. Don’t waste your money. Ordered an item and still not delivered nearly a month later.
No customer service so save your time.

I’d give -5 starts if it were possible. Ordered shower head from video and after 2 weeks received a battered box and badly scratched unit. Cheap brittle plastic and the rubber massage bristles all squashed and out of shape. As with others, offered 10%, then 15% refund to ‘save the hassle of packing up and returning’ and now radio silence. I always check trust pilot first and often find I don’t buy, but this time I was sucked in at the thought of this ‘amazing’ shower experience that I blindly ordered, more fool me!
Oh, and as an added insult, it blew out the pressure relief diaphragm on my Bristan shower within 3 mins of it being on! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY LIKE US FOOLS WHO HAVE SO FAR!

Like several others, I foolishly purchased a back brace from this company (Now identifying as Kavon, and probably other names as well). I ordered a Large fitting which, after several weeks, eventually appeared. The package did include an 'L' sticker, but the item was nowhere near large enough for me to wear and I would describe it as distinctly 'Small'.
Having contacted the seller, nominally in 'London', I then discovered that in order to return or replace the item I would have to post it directly to China. That would cost almost all of the amount I should expect in a refund so rather pointless. Alternatively, Kavon (in 'London' - probably a single person!) would let me have a refund of 15 percent if I decided to keep it. That would amount to about £4, which I have yet to receive.
I strongly suggest that anyone being tempted by such adverts by this company, completely ignore them and look elsewhere.
