I really like my Healray and it seems to be helping my gums. I just don't know which setting the combo redlight and Near Infrared are. The first setting or the third setting?

I needed a new charger for my device and they accommodated me with no questions asked. I really appreciate that they handled the situation as quickly as they did.

My Experience with the product has been amazing. The immediate change I found within 2 days was regarding bleeding gums. It reduced drastically & I am planning to use it for a prolonged period to enjoy the full benefits.

This is the best company to deal with. They replaced my charger at no charge and they speed up the delivery for me. I’m so happy with this company. I refer a friend in the future.

Not sure about the negative reviews here - mine came quickly after ordering and worked well for a time - then it stopped working. I was expecting some kind of process or rigamarole - but after one email i got an immediate response and an immediate replacement shipped. So that qualifies as excellent customer service. Maybe they have addressed whatever issues they were having…

I first ordered my HealRay product and customer service always responded to my questions and tracking immediately. About six months later the product stopped working. I reached out customer service and Lucy and Sara again responded immediately and a replacement product was mailed out. Today I received the replacement product which came about two weeks later. I love the product and have seen positive results with my gums.

Great Product to use.
Just give yourself some time for healing and trust those amazing products.

It’s been 3 weeks and I think I’ve noticed a marked improvement in my dry mouth that’s been unbearably bad for 9 months and for which I’ve tried everything before I gave HealRay a shot: will be sticking with it and so relieved. Thank you!

Great and fast customer service. I reached out with an issue and received a response from Lucy is customer service within hours with a resolution.

I bought a heel ray and it was defective, the company would not stand behind their product even though they stated they had a 30 day warranty. I would’ve loved to try it to see if it worked but their customer service and warranty is defective. If I could give him less than one star I would, I am not a happy camper.

Fantastic customer service. I lost my charging cord and could not find one that fit. I emailed them and had not only a new cord but an entirely new device at my doorstep within 2 weeks. Above and beyond. As for the device, dentist noted multiple pockets had improved significantly since my last visit. This was the only thing I changed in my routine.

"Accidentally made a duplicated order due to an error on HealRay's website and the lack of any order confirmation. I immediately emailed HealRay's customer service to cancel the duplicate order. A few hours later, a HealRay CS representative replied confirming that the order had been cancelled and that I would receive a full refund within a few working days.
It has now been a month. I have sent two follow-up emails asking for an update on the refund status, but I have received no reply, no refund, and no product has been delivered."

After my review on trustpilot, HealRay replied me on Trustpilot, time required for the refund is subjectred the process of the bank, 1 month later, HealRay contacted me again and ask me the order no., i thought, they finally know that, they did not proceed my refund, it is not the fault by the bank, it is the fault by HealRay, so they contacted me again and finally i got the refund.

Not trustworthy
Even though it appears that the company is located in the USA, the goods come from China. This means longer delivery times.
I never received my order because the local delivery company delivered the parcel somewhere, just not to me.
HealRay received all the requested data aboutr the complaint and even USPS confirmed that the parcel could not be found.
On 7 December 2025, I received confirmation from HealRay that the order had been cancelled and a full refund would be issued.
To date, despite several enquiries, I have had no further contact with the company and am still waiting for my money (157 GBP).
The whole matter has been dragging on since September 2025. I think I have shown enough patience. I cannot recommend HealRay.

Update:
I already asked my bank about the refund. There is no refund from HealRay until 16/01/2026. My bank told me to ask for a proof that the money have been refunded. But due to the lack of communication there is no chance for me to ask for this proof.
Maybe before you blame others, you should check it on your side.

Update 2 (26/03/2026):
It looked as though there was a solution. Unfortunately, that didn’t work out because HealRay is unable to manage its own accounts efficiently. Despite repeated assurances that my money had been refunded, nothing has happened.
In the meantime, I’ve been offered to have the product sent to me again free of charge if I change my review to a positive tone. There’s still no reason to do that, as I’m still waiting for my money after four months. I don't want the product anyway.

I was having problem with receeding gums.Bleeding always when brushing my teeth.Until i received my HealRay and started iusing about two weeks now.Could see much improvement and can say bye bye to my receeding gums.

I bought two of these red light packs and they both arrived with empty gel so I thought- but after receiving a professional email response from manager who finally took care of issue. He asked to keep twisting it which I did for a few mins until finally some liquid came out of one of gel pens. these are not your usual twist a few times and liquid comes out you literally just have to twist 20 plus times or a few mins until something comes out. The other one did not work but manager took care of it. Still love the red light therapy device just inconvenience due to situation with gel pen

My experience with my initial purchase has been a mixed bag. The actual product was shipped and arrived in good time, i've been using it for around a month, can't fully say I think it works but might need more time.
Unfortunately when I purchased I was back and forth with customer service trying to figure out why I'd been charged £77 on top of £84 for the device itself. This was because of an add-on gum gel which i'd specifically chosen a single and it came to about £12, but for some reason i'd been charged £77. Customer service response was good and they said they had actioned a refund on their end. However, that refund never came and I was still waiting a month later. I ended up having to lodge a dispute via my bank so they could chase up the refund on my behalf. Thankfully my bank is excellent and has given me the amount whilst they deal with getting money back from HealRay. Pretty slack in terms of something so simple like processing a refund for something I hadn't ordered in the first place.
Wouldn't recommend given the refund hassle and that i've not really noticed the benefits from the product.

So, I would have given a higher rating, but since I'm still waiting for my refund, I cannot. This may work for some, but it wasn't the product for me, as it actually made my gums hurt after 10 days of use. When I stopped for 48 hours, the pain did as well. Contacted customer service, and while they did try to suggest using it longer, they did go ahead and send my label to start the return. Was shipped back on the 8th, received by them on the 15th (thanks, Informed Delivery), but here it is the 19th, and still no refund. I will give it until the end of next week, and then plan to dispute with my credit card company, as the product was returned and they have a 60-day money back guarantee not being honored. Guess I should have trusted these reviews a bit more.

Not a very good reply since your page still shows "return in progress." Sounds like a generic reply and I'll never see my money unless I fight the transaction.

I expected it to be another gimmick, but it’s proved itself. The discomfort is down, and my gums look noticeably healthier. Using it daily has paid off.

Dr Natalia is a fake. Check out all her profiles and you will notice what I am talking about. The face of healray needs to be sued for false claims.

The soreness I always felt when brushing has gone. My gums look better, feel better, and I know I’ve found something worth sticking to.
