Very good and swift services I have used this for both normal and heroics on several characters. Always get a fast response to my ticket for a service and any other questions I have, overall i would highly recommend this to anyone who would like to experience higher level raids and gear but don't have time or a group to run them. I also enjoy doing this because I can then learn the mechanics of the fight and have an easier time when I run on other characters with different groups.

Tonight's trip was the most recent of several. Sometimes on my own and sometimes with my wife along as well. While we don't always get drops, we always get a fair chance at them and have walked away with upgrades outside our reach just now several times. The whole experience with Tryhard is easy and professional. To start, you have a personal manager (ours is fantastic) and can reach out to them at any time to get scheduled in. I've often decided at odd hours that I'd like to have a couple beers and get the luxury tour through the latest raid and they've always managed to fit me in. After you're scheduled, they really handle all the heavy lifting front to back. You'll get summoned, no need to do any traveling on your own, and someone will open a trade window for payment and you get a confirmation upon receipt. If you die along the raid, you'll be rezzed and given time to loot corpses, roll, etc. Even when we don't get loot, it's a pleasure to watch these guys play. I've never seen them wipe and they keep things moving right along at a steady pass without it ever feeling like a rush. Speaking from experience, if you have had a few beers too many and fall behind, no problem, they'll summon you before the next boss pull. It feels like they're taking care of you versus just taking payment to down bosses and the rest is up to you to figure out. Had tagged along with many of these folks previously in last expansion and it's always a pleasure. Over a dozen or so runs I have never seen any drama from anyone. If you're thinking about trying content that might be a little, or a lot, out of your reach, I can't recommend them highly enough. It feels like the closest thing to white glove service that you're going to find in-game.
