I made an large order at the end of September, it’s almost the end of November and my order still hasn’t shipped, I emailed them to ask when my order would be sent and they gave me several time frames for shipping which they then failed to meet. I’ve given up and asked for a refund

I love the focus and melatonin diffusers! The focus one does have a weird smell but it tastes great!

And have received nothing and I have contacted them 2 times and first time they said it “ your order will come in a month” an de have said exactly the same thing every time

Cloudy has changed my life. Im an insomniac and i have anxiety due to my ADD so for me being able to have access to an all natural diffuser to help me is more than i could ever ask for.
