Easy signup and self service portal.

They answer the phone when I call which is great.

I booked an african event that didnt take place and not only did they not tell me the event was cancelled they refused to refund my money and claimed that they were simply a software company with no responsibility for ticket sales evem though they say they are the event ticket seller STAY AWAY FROM THEIR EVENTS I would give the zero stars becuase they are dishonest

Rip off. 6% in fees and the vendor provided no alternative payment.

These guys need to be brought under the financial services act and their fees reigned right in like they did with airlines and CC surcharges.

I always use Trybooking for my workshops. Easy to set up, track and very responsive. Definitely 5 stars!

Excellent service. I bought a ticket by mistake and emailed them of my error and requested a refund.
Within 45 mins they processed the refund. On a Saturday afternoon too.

Disappointed. My son and his friend who both have Down Syndrome wish to attend a show in April. They have Companion cards which enable a carer to accompany them free. There is no facility on the booking page to do this so the carer has to pay or they can't attend.

Trustpilot is legitimate. Just poorly executed.
I wanted to buy tickets in a car lottery drawn March 2024. At first I thought it was a scam because the ticket dates were last year (2023). I was expecting to see the the closing date of the lottery, not the opening date! I re-read the lottery and then understood that the 2023 date was the opening date of the lottery!
2nd. The Trustpilot page asked for my address multiple times. But after multiple re-reads, I discovered that, Actually, trustpilot was asking me for the address, for each of the 8 tickets. So Trustpilot is legitimate. Just poorly executed.

A fantastic platform for events.
I’ve just set up a webpage for our local PTA Christmas fair. The site is easy to use, very transparent & reasonable on fees & provides on the go reporting.
Customer service support has been excellent - all my technical queries have been resolved quickly, professionally & enhanced our event. Highly recommend these guys!

Very unhappy with their service and will not use them again. On Saturday 8 July 11.55am, I made a booking for a Picnic steam train ride i thought departed Saturday 15 July 8.10am. which my family was very much looking forward to. We turned up on Saturday 15th at 8.10am and waited. Upon checking our tickets, realised the train booking was for saturday 8th July. My fail for not checking the date. However, i realised the trybooking system had booked us on a train on 8th July 8.10am that had already departed and returned even before our booking was made! We were in the middle of moving and I got my dates mixed up so my fail there. However, that doesn't explain why the booking system format allowed me to book the ride after it was over. We paid $190 for something we didnt experience. I wrote a lengthy explanation to Picnic Train and they were apologetic but said it was our responsibility to check our tickets. My point is we shouldn't have been able to buy tickets for a train ride that had already finished.

I am a once a year user for a uniform store so our site is quite complex. Tristan, the Try Booking adviser was really helpful and patient in helping me set our site up

We used TryBooking for a ticketed event recently and I honestly can not recommend this service highly enough. The customer service was next level - I was always able to speak to someone promptly and my issues were always solved with ease. The reporting system was brilliant, in that we could create documents to send catering information, create name badges, participant lists for check in - and more! I found the refund system wonderfully easy and the financial visibility was great.
Will definitely be using them for future events - without question! And a bonus that they're an Aussie company. Love love love!

We are first time users for this platform, sold out event in 24hours and funds collected into our account. WOW !!
Ticket sales at the door for big events is chaotic and stressful for all especially organisers.
Customer service was excellent, phone assistance from Julie & Tristran clear and supportive .

I have used this service as an event orgainser for nine years and can say the platform, the interface and the service delivered is great. Whenever I need them they are always available, polite and helpful.

Firstly website did not seek confirmation or review page before straight away accepting and processing the payment. I booked wrong number of tickest. I have sent 15 emails and several phone calls. ZERO response. I cannot get back the money
