Giving this five stars because it is simple and effective. We redesigned the survey( easy to do, similar to TypeForm) and launched it on our customer-facing website. Getting really good, constructive feedback, but so far only one user has left a public review on Capterra. It is missing automated email, but we talked with the founder and they are building it. They are very open to feedback and responsive.
We added TrustLoop to our user's dashboard with 2 lines of code. It look a few days for the reviews to start coming in (we're still pretty small), but so far have gotten 3 new five-star reviews on G2! We only edited the survey a bit and that's it, so very happy with the ease of use of this product.
I worked with TrustLoop about two months ago. They tricked me in adding a positive review for them. I told them to help with a "set it and forget it" product because i hated actively reaching out to customers for ratings not knowing whether they would be positive or negative ratings. This tool helps weed out negative responses (keeps them private) and surfaces positive reviews publicly. I enjoyed using it.
I was looking for something to help my company capture more reviews then i came across trustloop few months ago. So far so good, we have doubled our reviews in the first month and captured feedback privately from a few customers that had some good input. Though there are few features missing but support has been great, and even showed us the designs they are working on to build (showcasing reviews, email). Good experience so far!
