I had to download this app for an ID check with DBS for a new job. After reading the reviews, I was pretty skeptical because many people said it didn’t work. However, I found that the key issue (at least on iPhone) is the browser. If you’re using an iPhone, you need to download Google Chrome and set it as your default browser before starting the check.
Initially, my default browser was Safari and the image upload failed every time. Once I switched my default browser to Google Chrome, the process worked perfectly and was completed within two minutes with no issues.
Key takeaway: iPhone users should use Google Chrome as the default browser for this to work smoothly.
