What can I say to be honest I was totally embarrassed about the situation I had managed to get myself into it should never have happened but it did I ended up calling TDS and was lucky enough to speak to Jackie first she’s is lovely my case was then set up by Micheal all I can say about Micheal is he’s absolutely brilliant at his job puts you at ease no judgement no bull**** just honest help and he’s so nice what an absolute gentleman customer care is 2nd to none thanks for your help sorting my mess out

Wasn't sure about talking to anyone about my debt.I Was feeling so unwell with stress over debts, spoke to Stephen who was friendly and honest, can't thank him enough for helping me see a future I didn't think I was able to have.

Just finalised my trust deed today and i feel relieved to be paying one affordable monthly payment and have legal protection.
