Paid £15 for a keyboard that doesn't even connect to my pc, despite being written very clearly on the box that they are compatible. The steps shown on the very small instructions manual don't even have any text with them and are hard to understand. After around 10 minutes of trying I turned to their website. One of the FAQs was 'How do I install the keyboard' I tried the steps on the website and still nothing.

Wireless Mouse:
- Die Bedienungsanleitung ist eine Zumutung. Schriftgröße kann man nur mit Lupe lesen.
- Nichts Neues: Der USB-Empfänger ist gut versteckt. Man findet ihn nur, wenn man entspreche Hinweise in den Bewertungen gefunden hat.

I've had mouse GXT 133 for over 4 years but I had to replace it recently. After testing a couple of other mice on the market, I decided to buy GXT 133 again. I couldn't find anything better than it in terms of price/quality/comfort.

And, that was the reason why I got their newest headset GXT 491. It's very comfortable. The biggest differentiator for me was that the earpads have a mesh inside. This will not let the material crack how most of the leather alternatives do after a period of time. The microphone worked okay but it wasn't better than my separate microphone.

Overall, I always prefer Trust when looking for new peripheral devices. They're steady, comfortable, and affordable.

Ho potuto avere il modello di cuffie gaming over-ear bianche compatibili con Ps5 e Ps4.
Mio figlio le ha provate su tutte e 2 le playstation e è rimasto soddisfatto al 100% .
Sono molto comode da indossare, la qualità del suono è ottima. Non si sentono interferenze e rumori. Un prodotto veramente valido con un prezzo eccezionale. Lo consiglio!!!

Door een fout in het systeem bij Bol.com een ander product gekregen dan ik had besteld. Probleem gaan opgelost worden (voor toekomstige klanten) maar waarschijnlijk niet op hele korte termijn. Product wat ik bestelde wordt nageleverd en het product wat ik niet besteld had heb ik mogen houden!

Hele nette en vriendelijke oplossing van Trust.

Service angeschrieben wegen Ersatz der original Gleiter für die Wireless Maus, jedoch bekomme ich diese nicht. Was ist das für ein Service? Anstatt ich Ersatz bekomme, soll ich Rechenschaft ablegen, warum diese fehlen.... geht's noch?
Trust bekommt das nicht in die Reihe, mir die original Gleiter zu schicken. Kurz und bündig die Antwort von Trust Service "die haben die Gleitpads nicht" , das war die Antwort. Teuere Maus FÜR ÜBER 50€ gekauft und dann so etwas. Danke an den Service von Trust, soll ich die PC Maus wegwerfen? Herzlichen Dank für den Service. Volles NoGo

I bought a second handed car from James and Richard Car Sales in Stevenage. They got their own mechanic so they can issue MOT for their cars being sold. Right after we bought we found lots of problems ( the car was shaking, warning lights on, etc). We took the car back to them but they weren't willing to help, just messed us up. We ended up paying another garage to straighten the steering. They also found out there was oil leaking from the gear box which costs a lot to fix.

Fauteuil Trust gaming GXT 712 resto pro, tout simplement parfait, super confortable aussi bien pour le dos que pour le fessier, esthétiquement très beau avec de belles finitions et de nombreuses fonctionnalités, semble très solide (à voir avec le temps), excellent rapport qualité - prix, je le recommande fortement sans aucune hésitation. Prix entre 237€ et 360€.

Ergens in 2017 (Ik kan de factuur niet meer terugvinden) kocht ik mijn eerste Trust UPS. Deze was in de eerste helft van 2018 opeens kapot. Ik weet niet meer welk type het was.
Op 15-7-2018 kocht ik een Trust Oxxtron 1500VA. Ik zette hem (in de verpakking) best wel een poos apart, maar toen ik hem eindelijk op 17-2-2020 installeerde, werkte de UPS niet. Nooit gebruikt.
Onder garantie mocht ik de defecte Oxxtron op 25-2-2020 inruilen voor een Paxxon. Enkele weken daarna installeerde ik de UPS.
Begin januari 2023, toen de stroom even uitviel, viel het mij op dat de UPS niet aan schakelde. Twee weken later merkte ik dat de UPS überhaupt aangesloten apparaten niet meer van stroom voorzag. Ook de Paxxon was binnen best korte tijd weer overleden.
Mijn conclusie: op de momenten dat je een UPS nodig hebt, werkt een UPS van Trust zeker niet.

Ik heb hierover contact opgenomen met de klantenservice van Trust. De klantenservice zou er achteraan gaan. Dat was op 31-1-2023. Daarna niets meer van ze gehoord...
Ik heb geen vertrouwen meer in dit bedrijf en hun producten.

Whilst in the waiting area at HiQ (weeting tyres)I had a bad cough. Rhyden bought me a glass of water and tissues. I was so grateful.

Sehr geehrtes Rebus Unternehmen, heute 11: 52h wollte ich die Linie 201 vom Waldweg zum Güstrower Hbf. Nutzen. Vergebliche Liebesmühe, denn dort stand, benutzen sie die Haltestelle Tannenhof, und dort wiederum steht das, was Ihr unten selbst erlesen könnt. Meine Unkosten zum Bahnhof Güstrow per Taxi 10.70€. Selbst verzichtet Ihr auf einen Hinweis retour dieser beschriebenen Haltestellen vom Bahnhof. Kein gutes Zeichen.

Keyboard and mouse bundle GXT 838 AZOR insn't bad for the price.
keyboard PROS:
- Semi-mechanical keyboard (thus, keys are a bit loud)
- the keys are positioned at diferent row heights, which makes it easier to type
- has 2 leves of height under it
- in more than a year, the keys never miss click
- you can take out the keys to replace them or just clean the keyboard

Keyboard CONS:
- no lights on the key itself, just under it
- it's advertised as some sort of LED around the keys, but in reality it's not as bright as in the ads nor it's a LED: it's just some light bulbs scattered around that don't even give enough light so you can see the keys.
- has a button to change the colors of the lights, but when you restart your computer, they will revert back to the original blue/green/red colors

Mouse PROS:
- 2 buttons which you can use to navigate
- has no red light on the optical sensor
- cycles colors instead of static colors like the keyboard

Mouse CONS:
- medium build quality. after a year, there is already wear marks on the left/right buttons
- buttons are not customizable
- lights started to work improperly: they are supposed to slowly switch but between some colors the mouse doesn't transition and other times the colors start to blink.

OTHER INFO
Function keys (F1, F2, etc), work with the program that you have set as default. The bundle has no software to customize it, so F1 will open Windows media Player, F9 Windows Mail, strangely F10 (which has a house icon) opens your default browser, F11 and Windows Key should lock the computer but they do nothing and F12 opens the calculator.
F2 to F4 controls the overall sound and F5 to F8 controls the music.

OVERALL
if you want a cheap bundle, it's worth it. the problems I have encountered in more than a year of use are just cosmetic, again, build quality isn't that bad and they just work as good as the first day, but I do feel like having no software to customize is a drawback, but for the price, overall it's a good keyboard and mouse, not suitable for competitive gaming, but if you are a casual gamer, it's more than enough.

Really a pretty headset, I got it very fast and I love it. There is just one problem, the mic doesn't work, when I try to say something it just makes this weird sound.

Headset wärend der Garantiezeit defekt gegangen. Keine Regulierung da der Händler nicht mehr existiert und der Sitz dieser Firma aus Frankreich der Meinung ist nicht zu handeln.
Begründung ist das der Händler kein "Eingetragener" Händler des Unternehmens ist. Wenn das jetzt auch noch die Aufgabe des Verbrauchers wird zu recherchieren ob ein Händler die angebotene Ware vertreiben darf ....

Bought an Adaptor that said it was 100% compatible with ALL Lenovo’s.
Turns out it wasn’t, it is 90W and my Lenovo Ideapad L340 needs 135W, it doesn’t just charge slower, it doesn’t charge at all.
