The product is horrible and cheaply made and they do not refund your money if you return. I will file complaint about keeping money and product even after item is returned!

Did not get what they advertised. Much smaller version. 180 day return policy with ad, now they say item can't be returned! Offered 30% back. I wouldn't give them a star at all if I had the option.

It doesn’t have instructions on what the lights do but I googled it. Used it 2x right out of the box before having to charge. I have only used it 3x now, but seems to be working fine. It did take a few weeks to receive and I ordered the cream and it came with it with instructions.

Do not waste your money! The packaging is horrible. The mask is just tossed in a box with cords all loose. It arrived looking used/refurbished although they say it is definitely new. I have been trying to return the mask and they refuse to let me return it because it was “on sale”. On their website it says 100% satisfaction guaranteed (lies). When asked about that they said oh that’s not for returns it’s for assisting the customer through product assistance and warranty.

Terrible experience. Very disappointed in the product. Cheaply made, doesn’t hold a charge. Tried to return it and told no return/no refund because it was “on sale”. Total ripoff!

I bought this item: TRUE BEAUTY GLOW, Face scultp tool. Misleading pros. Nothing like what is advertised on social media. I have something similar and the item is meant to pulsate, literally nothing happens, zero lift. Does nothing other than rubbing a plastic tool on my face. Pointless customer service. So didn't bother returning

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I used my True Beauty Glow LED mask two times, and it quit working. I have sent 5 emails over two weeks and have zero responses! Their website states easy returns and 100% guarantee. This appears to be a lie and false advertising!

Mask came from China, in an unbranded beat up box. I tried the product and it made my skin break out in a rash. I tried again once more thinking maybe I had to get use to it but it happened again. I contacted support to return within the 14 day period. I have not received any response now after 4 emails and numerous social media message attempts.

I am one of the latest VICTIMS anyone of these one star reviews could have been written by me. It is junk, never worked right out of the box. I can only think the reviews for their red light mask on line are a lie. Always on sale and do t refund for sale items. You will never get satisfaction with these losers.

I ordered the weight loss oral medication. it was delivered without any directions, no listing of ingredients and no list of side effects. I was afraid to take it so it contacted them and followed their instructions only to be told no refund. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM, THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS. THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE SELLING TO THE AMERICAN PUBLIC. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM!!!!

I never even received my package, some email that was not valid address which it was and I contacted them several times by email no response, there Is no phone number to contact , they got away with $75

The quality of the packaging and product was so bad I couldn’t give this to my partner and ended up buying one from Boots.

It’s drop shipped from China and does not look like it complies with any electrical standards - I would not plug this into my home let alone put it on my face.

Emailed the company 3 times with no response. This is definitely a scam to take your money and send you a bad product, never to be seen again. Do not buy it!

My experience was not pleasant. I have emailed the company 3 times, no response. Due to the mask leaving indentation on the bridge of my nose, and finding it hard to breathe, I requested a refund. I tried to adjust the strap with not luck.

Happy for the company to take my money, though cannot reply to my emails. I managed to send the email prior the 14 days return and yet nothing. Now it’s over the 14 days.

Very poor customer service. I do not recommend this company. I don’t think I’ll see my money either.. disappointing service.

They do not respond to emails. I have sent 4 emails and no response. I was definitely scammed. Cheap product, cheap packaging…I should have done more research

Scam. My husband bought me the True Beauty mask for $75 plus tax, as a Christmas gift. It took 4 weeks to arrive! Neither the box nor the pamphlet nor the product has a brand on it. I suspect this is a generic product that is available to drop shippers who can create a website and sell it as their own.

I haven't used the product yet but I suspect it'll be the same as everyone else reported and not work well.

This company is a scam!!!! They have fake reviews on social media! They sell cheap crap. I ordered a led face mask, came in an off brand box, broken. The sad part is they are associated with Shopify. I checked out through Shop thinking it was legit. Shop does noting to help you. Steer clear!

I have written to the True Beauty Glow staff and have not received a reponse . Today is my third email to them. Thi mask arrived in a box with a small white usb cord nothing more. I had to look for my own charging block that may fit but once I tried to charge it all I got was 6 minutes of red light therapy and themask lost its charge .
