Terrible service, the speed doesn't match what was advertised, constant disconnections, they disconnected the internet due to line problems and didn't even notify anyone. The entire building was without internet for two whole days, and there were no apologies for the inconvenience. I will never do business with them again.
crap customer service and took my money from my account. Do not use!!!!!! even for travelling

Always disconnects, despite paying for the highest speed, still experiencing lag. It goes up and down.

I've been a customer for over 10 years. Since the merger with DTAC, services has gotten worse and worse. First they stopped sending out paper bills without my approval.
I spent two times 2 hours on chat waiting for support to finally get THEIR mistake resolved.
In the meanwhile my internet had been cut off without me knowing why.
I added a temporary add-on package (which would renew every 30 days) which I would later remove again via their app.
Add-on packages that we have no longer show on the app, so we cannot cancel them online!!
The price now shows the inflated price.
I clicked on chat support and was there for 2 hours. I was working and when I checked my queue had passed!
They don't even record the complaint and get back to you like a year ago.
TRUE has become TRULY AWFUL. After 10+ years I'm going back to AIS.
I also hope more players get back in because this duopoly is bad for the customer.
No customer service available to contact, if you can get through to a human they put you on hold for hours, and they sneakily changed my bill from 599 baht a month to over 1000 without asking or anything. Just suddenly upped the package fee to 799 + 199 for a 'speed boost' that I never asked for. These guys have no shame, do not use them.
Don’t know how True stays in business. Horrible service. Outages every week or two that last several days. Zero customer support. You cannot depend on them for anything. Last year they eliminated support in English. If you go to their stores in the malls, you will wait at least two hours to finally be told there’s nothing they can do.

Took True out paying up front for a year in Phuket but moved to Hua Hin.
Cancelled on phone twice and they stated it was cancelled yet kept billing me and would not let anyone else return equipment but myself.
Had to drive 9.5hrs back to Phuket to return items and pay for months still being billed despite cancelling and the rude staff refused to give me proof of cancellation just kept saying it was cancelled and refused to say cancelled on phone recording.
Hua Hin Thailand have it with DTAC  this other company I went to go to pay for my bill yesterday which I do every month. The customer service is very low very rude and disrespectful. The date was the 18th at 6 o’clock. I went there roughly to pay the bill, the very lady was very awful and very impolite. I don’t mind. She asked if you finished. I stand there with my wife and we haven’t finished. She be very off with me. I will consider moving to another company to look like they really care anyway this isn’t a customer service company this was not a  I could experience
Service goes out completely several times a month. They have changed their app recently so that there’s no customer service in English, and they do not respond to reports of outages anymore. You cannot resolve any issues on the app anymore; you have to go to one of their offices where there is always at least a 2 hour wait to speak to anyone. Dreadful company.
Stay away from True! When we wanted to pay for the last of a three month package 10 days before expiry date, they requested an extra 2000 bath! Finally, after I repeatedly had requested to speak to the manager, they reduced to excessive fee to 200 bath. This was at the Market Village in Hua Hin. Every time we passed their place, we were surprised that they had so few customer compared to other mobile operators. Now we know why.
Also we were given false information when we signed up for the package.

Watchout ,they recycle NEW/OLD sim prepaid numbers that you gonna buy . I found many subscribtions on sites with random people emails bounded on my NEW sim number + they will overhelm you with tons of usless promotion sms every day. That's why is so cheap . 0 cares of your privacy
SCAMM! Don't buy the sim card from them at the airport , they test your internet speed in the airport is awesome and the second day you are totally limited to 65M/s and upload 4M/s while you are traveling your internet is very limited and i pay full package with no limitations 5g full speed 15days but they make your internet speed very low asap after you left the airport
True rep took 49 mins to respond to chat, then disconnected after they waited for 1 minute. They do not value a customers time.
STAY AWAY FROM TRUMOVE. They are scammers. They scammed me by selling me unlimited data, which after activation was not unlimited at all. ROBBERS!
The self-service support was disappointing. There was no option to remove or disable the auto-renewal feature for the package in the True iService app.
My issue was straightforward: I was charged for a package that I didn’t want. This happened after I received a notification about a failed renewal, and I had just added money to purchase a different package!
The customer support experience was even worse. I waited for an agent for over an hour. When they finally responded, they simply stated that they couldn’t refund my money. This is absurd!
You keep calling me and hanging up! No one can explain why this is happening, because they hang up when I answer in English.
How is possible that a big telecom business cannot take a note in the system that this client speaks English and stop harassing him with pointless calls.
