I want to give an honest and fair review because overall, I’m very happy with the product itself. I love the color, stand, setup, length, and height, and once it arrived, I was genuinely pleased with my purchase.

The biggest issue for me was the shipping experience and lack of communication. My order took longer than I anticipated due to overseas shipping delays coming to the United States. I completely understand that shipping delays can happen and that some circumstances are outside of the company’s control. My frustration was more with not receiving clear and consistent updates about what was happening.

Once the company communicated with me, they did apologize and worked to get my package sent as soon as they were able to, which I truly appreciate. I just wish there had been more transparency from the beginning. Simply being told that my order was experiencing an overseas shipping delay and providing occasional updates would have made the experience much better.

Overall, I really do like the product and I’m appreciative that everything worked out in the end. I would just encourage TrotPets to improve their customer communication, especially when orders are delayed. With better communication, my experience easily could have been five stars.

Our friends have this set for their dog and when we got a puppy, we decided to get the same one. Yes it’s more expensive than other pet bowls, but it’s extremely sturdy and well-made. We are very happy with our purchase.

We love our raised feeder . Not only did we receive it within 48 hrs, but it is very high quality. Our puppy was just dna checked and she has great dane genes so she needed this for her health. Highly recommend

If you’re on the fence about purchasing one of the Raised Bowl Sets, don’t hesitate! I ended up buying a second set when we adopted our newest shepherd. I do know how many bowls I’ve had to throw away because they just didn’t last, the quality of these sets are unmatched. I don’t have to worry about replacing them ever again.

There was an issue with my order and they worked quickly to resolve it.

Ordered slow flow bowl, water bowl and stand. They came when expected. The bowls have lids and when we opened up the box one of the lids was broken, they are a hard plastic. I emailed the contact team with a picture and within 5 days had a new lid.

The ordering is very confusing for the slow feeder and water bowl set vs water bowl set.

They wanted me to return the whole thing vs just returning the bowl and exchanging for a slow feeder.

You have to be careful what you click on because the return is on you and it is costly. They can also deem not refundable because the way you repackage does not look new.

The measurements should be on the pictures so that people can know what height they are buying rather than. Doom scrolling to find out.

Our order arrived and one of the items, the Mat was warped and so I contacted customer service and they said they would send a replacement.

We love our TrotPets items. The quality is top notch. Their customer service is outstanding and they truly stand behind their products!

I've ordered twice with Trot Pets in the last couple months. I got the elevated stand, tray, food and water bowls. They arrived quickly and the stands were easy to assemble. Everything is solid and holding up well. I put the bowls in my dishwasher and have no issues with them. I'm happy with them and my dogs seem to be happy with them too.

I ordered this because my 80lb dogs bowl goes all over the place when she eats and because of the slow feeder. I was really excited until I received my order and the mat that the bowls sit on was warped and does not sit properly on the stand. the only positive thing is the magnet because the bowls are not heavy they are very light. I have written to them on their website and in an email and still no response at all.

The product came broken. I sent an email to the customer care team and they directed me to an area of the website that literally does not exist. Not worth the money at all.

Super bummed that they couldn't accommodate a bowl exchange- didn't even try to think out of the box. I purchased the puzzle/water bowl set with raised bowl stand. The puzzle bowl was too deep for my pug and I wanted to exchange it for the flat bottom bowl. Even though there is a 30 day refund policy, I was told I would need to return the whole set and because I assembled the stand they wouldn't honor the return. They offered 20% off purchasing another bowl, but charged shipping. $200 later I will have the set I need. The product is awesome, but customer satisfaction not so much.
