Hi Chris, sorry you feel like you didn’t receive the service you should have.
I have looked into this issue and found that the hrs charged on the invoice was per the quote accepted by yourself.
If you have any further questions please don’t hesitate to call the office and ask for Lachlan.
Thanks
Fantastic service
Fantastic service. Spent a whole Sunday afternoon sorting out our sewerage drama in very unpleasant hot conditions. Prompt, efficient and with a happy, chatty demeanour. Definitely our “go to” plumber in the future. 👍

Thanks Melissa! Happy to help
This business is amazing!
This business is amazing! No one likes waking up on a Sunday morning to find no hot water. As would many I immediately felt this is going to cost a fortune but a necessity. Within a few minutes of describing the fault to Lachlan over the phone he advised it is a simple issue and something I could fix myself. He took the time for me to send a photo and sent one back with instructions on what to adjust.
Above that he refused to take payment for something so simple. Many plumbers would have come out charged the callout fee and labour without me being any wiser. This business is honest, knew their stuff and brought back my faith in great customer service Thankyou so much Tropical Coast Plumbing!
