Received trophies minus platets…
I received the trophies engraved but minus the plates that should have been attached...called the company and the lady apologised and said they should have been attached.
She arranged for the plates to be sent out ASAP, received them two days later.

Efficient service. Very good products. Delivery in good time and packaged effectively. The only thing is that maybe a way to copy/edit an item you had already personalised in your basket so not having to retype the whole thing each time.
