Disappointing Experience & No Post-Sales Support
I am a returning customer and had a great experience with Troost earlier, which makes this experience even more disappointing.
The carpet I received this time looked significantly dull and different from what was shown in their advertisement. It did not meet expectations at all. I requested a simple exchange for the Marigold carpet (5x7) exactly as shown in their own promotional content, without any edge threads/fringes. This was not a customization request, just a replacement with the correct product.
However, the entire process has been extremely frustrating. There has been no clear communication, repeated follow-ups from my end, and unnecessary delays without any resolution. Even after multiple emails and allowing additional time, there has been no concrete update or action taken.
What is most disappointing is the complete lack of post-sales support. For a brand that creates good first impressions, the after-sales service is surprisingly poor and unresponsive.
I truly hope they improve their customer service, as this experience has significantly impacted my trust in the brand.
