Specially came from Bradford twice to experience trips and tours day trips one was gifted the other trip to lake district cumbria was personally booked for myself and my 2 teenage brothers who wanted to explore new areas of nature. It was beautifully organised and professionally handled by both Aaliyah and Sabah who made us feel ever so welcome into the birmingham/walsal groups especially from Bradford. Loved it for the family environment and atmosphere they created during the traveling which I feel was the highlight as well as the trip but also their mannerisms and greeting etiquette was very high standard and wholesome. Would definitely book again and travel just from Bradford to join their groups. DISCLAIMER: YOU GUYS NEED TO EXPAND INTO BRADFORD PLEASESE. May allah swt bless you with of love, duaas and success and put more barrkat into your business of making/creating cherishing memories for their loved ones and even independent memories ❤️

Also the coach driver Ehsan was exceptional in his driving skills, keeping us updated with travel times, ensuring the coach is tidy and upto high quality standard, allowing on board facilities to be used, playing music upon request using the microphones for entertainment and quizzes and most importantly also making every passenger on the coach feel safe so if there were any enquiries or questions he was approachable to ask. He was very well spoken and greeted and helped those who required it with their health or mobility needs which can always hinder people booking trips out due to lack of facilities but the coach company and Ehsan provided excellent service and experience on both occasions I encountered via the Trips and tours bookings. Lots of duaas, success and respect to this kind hearted individual

We've gone on a few day trips with Trips and Tours, and today we visited the Lake District. Our driver, Ehsan, was polite, professional, and friendly. The journey was smooth in both directions, and the coach was very clean and tidy. The day was well organised by Aliya and Saba, who were excellent hosts and kept us entertained, they were polite, friendly, and very well-organised. Overall the service was outstanding. Definitely will recommend to family and friends.

Saba and Aliyah has never failed to make me and my family happy.she deserves all the stars in the world and her team are truly amazing but all credits goes to Sabah and Aliyah . From the moment we had a first trip we fell in love and can not recommend anyone else.thank you so much and can’t wait to traval with you guys again

I had a Lot of fun traveling with Trips & Tour UK....
We arrived on time and there was no problem in getting back and forth.....
The bus was on time. Will go to visit some other place with friends...
I will definitely go with my friends and family next time.
The management was very good and the drivers were also very good.
They were all very sophisticated peoples...

And they are taking very good places at very reasonable prices...
I tell you all that if you have time, definitely take a trip with them, you will definitely enjoy it.

I’m super pleased with the service from the start all the way till the end.
- Booking a place was very easy, Alia was super friendly and helpful. She answered all my questions in a nice friendly manner.
- Clear instructions were sent prior to the event to make sure everyone was aware of the timing, rules of the place .. etc.
- Very well organised on the day. They had a register and made sure everyone was seated with their Family. As much as this might be stressful Alia was smiling all the time and treating everyone with kindness and respect.
- The coach was veerryy comfortable, good space between seats. Most importantly there was AC on board.
- The trip was smooth and I didn’t feel the time passing by.
- After the trip they are happy to take any feedback to improve on things, which is very essential to maintaining good standards.

Looking forward to joining them agin in the near near future.

I attended the Alton Towers Waterpark Event with Trips and Tours Uk. I have to say I was really impressed by the management and organisation. I was hesitant with booking at first as it was my first time with them but i am so glad i proceeded. Me and my children had a fantastic time. This was my very first time travelling with Trips&Tours yesterday 29/06/24. At Alton Towers Waterpark. My daughter absolutely loved it, the team was so helpful very well organised. (Sister Hafiza on coach 3) was such a lovely lady kept on asking all the passengers if we were comfortable or not, made us all welcome. The coach was very clean & presentable. All the Team members were brilliant at there Job, would highly recommend this company if you ever want to travel anywhere in uk or abroad.. definitely will be travelling again with my family & friends hopefully very soon. Had an absolutely wonderful trip to the alton towers water park. This isn't the first time I've travelled with Trips and tours and it won't be the last. Sabah and Aliyah go out there way to make sure you are taken care of. From booking to enquiries to the actual trip the process is perfect. The fact that they pulled off an only women's trip is amazing. As a Muslim and as a woman I was so comfortable being at a waterpark. We were there on time and had the full time of our sessions. Coaches are cleaner than your homes and as operators I can't fault them. Highly recommend booking coach trips with them. They are as accommodating as they can be. And no one is left behind... under any circumstances. Thank you trips and tours for a wonderful experience

We went on the supposably ‘Exclusively ladies and children - boys under 9’ and sent out the terms and conditions to do your own research about the place which is understandable. My issue here is firstly no where on Alton towers water park website does it say there is a cafe WHICH LOOKS OVER THE WATERPARK along with WINDOWS all over the place which give you a lovely view of the people playing in the water park. So this isn’t mentioned in the Alton Towers own website as it shouldn’t be because why would it. As Muslims that’s an issue for us not for them so why would they even state that when that’s the norm but apparently it is for Aaliyah and Sabah. Secondly they completely refused us entrance when we asked for a full refund and told the staff ‘to make sure we weren’t filming’ which we weren’t we just wanted to let them know its clearly visible to EVERBODY bare in mind it was rammed packed with men. But any other man staying at this place or at the cafe can basically do so.

As muslim sisters i would have expected them to look out for us the same way our concerns were for them. And it was even more frustrating to know they were fully covered muslim women. Which i understand each to their own. But i would have appreciated them as hosts (and covering women)to have already put this on the leaflet or at-least on the summary.

It’s EXTREMELY sly to even suggest do your own research when you’re claiming to host an exclusively women only knowing Muslim women would come.

Extra note: there is also males and anyone able to go past while you’re playing as i have pictures of passer-by.
