Mr Win is our tour guide and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. We definitely will recommend him and tour company to all our friends and families.

Wonderful tour guide. Well organized

The local guides for our Thailand trip were so efficient and helpful. In ChaingRai and ChaingMai Wasa went above and beyond. She arranged the best food experiences and accompanied us on all of the experiences, providing information and advice. We could contact her anytime and she responded immediately.

Im rating my recent trip to Turkey/ Greece trip 3 due to the local guide( Pinar) on her inability to communicate and give directions clearly.
Most of us have trouble understanding her very strong Turkish accent. We just gave up listening. We have the tour director/ and local guide all throughout our trip which is futile. They are constantly arguing.Tripoppo should take this matter seriously on providing well spoken travel guides. Good thing we had a very united group which makes our adventure worthwhile.

Just came back from our whirlwind 13-days China trip. Everything promised was fulfil, so yes TripOppo delivered! Our guides were well informed and looked after every details. Fei Fei & George were most efficient and informed! Yes, we will certainly book through TripOppo again. Thank you.

trip to Japan and Hong Kong dint not have anyone to pick me up at the airport and the language barrier was very hard to get to the hotel you company need to organize better them have find my own transportation to the airport in toyko them arrived at Hong Kong star all over again w/ ride to the hotel and them no communication for the tour the next day the I pay ..218 dollar lost .I ..them I got call to the hotel ant try to get the next day and they say I had to pay extra 218 dollars cash so and get to see anything at Hong Kong very disappointed trip hope you fix those problems

Hotels were wonderful. Good location.
Bus driver was excellent.
City guides were well-spoken, polite, able to answer questions, knowledgeable, and had good delivery.
Our guide, Sammy, was very diligent, willing to meet our needs. He made the trip very enjoyable.
To improve communication, guides should be to the point with their answers, and then "flesh it out", with details and context. Otherwise, there is too much talk and not enough information. Less is more!
Food was good, and we had opportunity to experience local cuisine one our own, with recommendations from the guides.
Service from Tripoppo was good, timely and well presented.
Other travellers had already experienced the company and gave positive reviews for previous trips they had taken. Overall, a great experience, with a good balance of history, culture, nature and opportunity to explore and experience.

This year, I had decided to do an Asia trip (South Korea, Japan and China) through Tripoppo and was not disappointed. Belle, my tour operator did a fantastic job in handling my whole tour which included a portion of their China tour package. She took into consideration our needs, timelines, inquiries, flight tickets to designated destination for the extended tour and made the whole trip so seamless. She was patient and friendly and made my Asia trip a wonderful experience. The only thing that did not meet my expectations was the hotel accommodations and meals in Japan. The hotels we stayed at were older and some of their rooms were under renovations. In Hamamatsu, we stayed at the Grand Hotel and trust me, there was nothing grand about this hotel. One of the rooms we were given had a bad odor and the bathroom was full of mold. We had to change rooms and moved to a newly renovated room. Why was this not handled during booking time!!! The selections offered on the hotel breakfast buffets in Japan were also less than desirable. For this reason, I gave the tour 4 star rating only.
I would also put in a few words about my tour guides in South Korea and Japan. In Korea, my tour guide was Mini Kim and right from the start, I felt very welcomed to South Korea. Mini had such a warm, friendly and open personality. She guided us through many historical sites and her wealth of knowledge on the history of places we visited made my visit was a huge bonus. I learned so much about Korea’s history and culture through her and found it so much more interesting that I wanted to know more. I love the Hanbok experience and walking through the temples, visiting the DMZ zone, etc. Mini was very patient with us and answered any questions we had on our trip. She was efficient and caring to everyone on the tour. I found it so amazing how she made our whole tour group gel together in such a short period of time. We started out as a group of strangers and in the end, we all became a “family”. To be able to accomplish this not only shows her experience in guiding a group but having a rare talent. Mini truly made my Korea a wonderful experience and most memorable…one that I will not forget. I had so much fun on this tour that I definitely will want to visit other parts of Korea again.
When we arrived in Japan. We found out that there was another tour group joining our group and as a result, we were split up into two groups due to size. It was a huge disappointment that our original tour group could not travel together anymore given the fact that we had spent a lot of time to get to know one another and had bonded from our previous tour. The newer group did not need to join with us as they could have easily made a group on their own rather than mixing us all in as one and then splitting us up. Despite this upset, Kuro, our tour guide did a wonderful job in guiding us through our tour. He was very helpful and looked after us
He was always prompt with answering my questions and handled everything such as schedules, daily itinerary efficiently.

There are almost three weeks left until our departure, and I would like to share my appreciation for Max. So far, he has been very responsive and responsible. He has called me and sent me emails, which has made the entire procedure very comforting.

Candie gave us all the information we needed for our trip. She was very professional and patient. She is highly recommended.

I am very happy with TripOppo’s services. Leo was polite and helpful. He also gave honest helpful advices in timely fashion. I am impressed, keep the good work spirit!

We loved our Croatia, Bosnia, Slovenia trip with TripOppo...great chance to visit wth our friends and meet other fantastic travelers. The itinerary was well-organized offering us a variety of culture with excellent guided tours. We really enjoyed our free time to wander and explore, especially when we stayed 2 nights in one place. We really appreciated the excellent organizational skills provided by the team setting up the itinerary, flights to Toronto and to Zagreb and return, the great accommodations, and to our tour guide and driver who made the bus trip so enjoyable. We would definitely travel with TripOppo again . Kudos to all!

The booking details are clearly mentioned,fees, transportation charges, time schedule and connections are clearly stated. He also helped to apply for Chinese Visa at no charge.

It was easy and efficient to contact my rep Belle by phone or by e-mail. She addressed any questions or concerns quickly and thoroughly. There were no hidden aspects of the Tours I booked for my clients.
