I have used Triple D a number of times nd they have always delivered. On time and on the button. They remain my first port of call for anything I need for my Motorcycle.

Amazing family run business definitely the best I will continue to use them with out worry as they a trustworthy company outstanding service and quality .

Excellent communication ordered a power part, was informed of stock back order and date due in stock, was fine with above and part was assigned to me, when in stock was emailed ASAP and courier tracking added, next day delivery if in week, package well, and genuine ktm power part beautiful

Ordered crash bars for a Duke 390, but received defective item that wasn’t even close to fitting! When I contacted them about it they refused to admit that it was faulty, instead insisting I had bought the wrong part. When I pointed out it was listed on their website as fitting my bike, they changed the details on the webpage and maintained it was my fault! (KTM confirmed it was the correct part)
They wouldn’t cover return postage despite it being faulty. The “correct” part was on order, the delivery date of which got pushed back three times, with no updates- I had to keep pestering them to learn what was going on. Finally received nearly 2 months later.
Appalling customer service, avoid.
