I have been using Tripbeam for the last 9 years. I would like to thank Tripbeam and Upasna Sharma (who assisted me from the Tripbeam team) for her outstanding service. When my flight was cancelled due to the Europe airline staff strike(Major strikes are Lufthansa and Eurowings) they responded immediately and guided me through the rebooking process. Although my flight was cancelled twice within 7 days, Upasana’s communication was clear and she ensured everything was handled efficiently. Moreover, I wasn’t worried, as I knew she is experienced in handling such situations. I highly recommend their services for their dedication and excellent customer support.
