Thank you!

I didn't realize that HR didn't make small silicone cube trays and Trimleaf told me that so I could adapt. It was the first I'd heard of it so was tremendously helpful.

Website is very user-friendly

Website is very user-friendly. Communication or opportunity for questions or help very easy to access. Updates for delivery process clear and thorough. Would definitely recommend this company to others.

Great customer service.

Came exactly as ordered. When I had questions, Albert was very helpful and very quick to respond. I've only done 10 batches so far, but everything has turned out great. Hopefully, it will keep going that way.

Great products

Great products! The kits and bundles are very helpful to get you everything you need at a better price. The tray lids are far more helpful then I originally thought, as it really helps when pre-freezing in your freezer (I am sure I am not the only one that finds having 5 level places for the trays a challenge in their freezer 😀) - stack the trays and you are done!
After 8 months of wonderful success FDing vegetables, fruits, camping meals and work lunches I am about to try my first candy!

I got the wrong product and now I have…

I got the wrong product and now I have to return it and wait four weeks to get the proper product. You guys should update your website and know what you’re selling and don’t sell things that you don’t have.

As per our call, our warehouse made an honest mistake and I apologized for the inconvenience. As soon as you sent us an email, I called you right away to rectify it.

There's currently no stock for the item hence the wait time. We're also including more bags due to the wait as discussed but if you changed your mind and no longer want to wait, we're happy to provide a refund.

Again I sincerely apologize and will make sure our team is more careful

Excellent Customer Service!!

My experience with TRIMLEAF customer service is most excellent.
Had a couple of errors with orders due to shipment getting lost,plus an earlier order where product was not correct .
They corrected the errors in record time.
