I had a great experience with the customer service at Trimix. I was initially struggling to get everything set up, but their team was incredibly patient and supportive throughout the process. We exchanged quite a few messages back and forth on WhatsApp, and they were always quick to respond, clear in their instructions, and genuinely helpful. Thanks to their guidance, everything was eventually sorted.

La qualité promise n’est pas au rendez-vous. Ça bug, il y a de grands moments où le technicien en ligne est absent.

Cela fait maintenant quatre mois que j’utilise Trimix. Durant cette période, j’ai dû contacter le support client à plusieurs reprises (environ quatre fois par mois), car ma playlist se supprime régulièrement toute seule.
J’ai également constaté que de nombreux films et séries rencontrent des problèmes de lecture ou des bugs. En revanche, la télévision en direct fonctionne globalement plutôt bien.
Le service client est toutefois très réactif et intervient rapidement lorsque l’on rencontre un problème, ce qui est appréciable. Malheureusement, la fiabilité globale du service reste insuffisante pour moi. Pour cette raison, je ne prévois pas de renouveler mon abonnement.

A switched that i will not regret. I switched to Trimix after finally canceling my overpriced cable, and honestly I wish I had done it sooner. I switched to Trimix bec. Of their international channels that I could not access before in my past cable service most of them stream are playing smoothly without those annoying delays and buffering. I encountered a slight prob. one night a channel suddenly stopped working, so I messaged the support/ customer service expecting a slow reply but they got back to me the same evening and walked me through everything step by step. I am not very techy so I really appreciat how patient they were explaining things in simple terms. That kind of service makes it feel like they actually care about customers, not just getting new signups. Id definitely recommend it to friends fr.

I purchased Trimix IPTV and the service has been extremely disappointing.
After about 10–15 minutes of watching any channel, the audio and video fall out of sync. The only way to fix it is to switch to another channel and then switch back, which becomes very annoying when it happens every 10–15 minutes — especially when watching live news like Fox News.
I contacted Trimix IPTV support through WhatsApp (the only communication method they offer). Unfortunately, the only suggestion I received was to turn my TV and Wi‑Fi off and on, which did not solve the issue. No real troubleshooting, no follow‑up, and no permanent fix.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Trimix IPTV. The service is unstable, and customer support is minimal and unhelpful.

Voilà au moins 20 jours qu'on essaie de faire fonctionner le replay. Il y a tous les pays sauf la France.
Je demande le remboursement mais c'est impossible. Pourquoi ?

Comme l'avais précédent, pas de réponse de la part du support technique. Même si le service a bien fonctionné pendant un bout de temps, rien ne marche plus (films, chaînes de télé, série...)
Je pense que la légalité de leur service a été mise en cause.

Plus rien ne fonctionne depuis 2 jours et aucunes réponse à mes messages.

Contacté a 13h20 toujours pas de réponse la personne nous explique qu'elle est débordées et quelle doit gérer 200 message !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

J'ai pris trois abonnement a 140€, des l'installation j'ai commencé a avoir des soucis tout les 4 jours j étais obligé d envoyé un message car toujours des problèmes (coupure d abonnement, blocage au niveau des mises à jour...)
Maintenant depuis deux jours on me dit que les codes ne sont plus actifs et plus personne ne me répond depuis deux jours malgré la publicité du service 24h/7j lol
J avais toujours des réponses le lendemain entre 11 h15 et 17h enfin celà c était avant vu que maintenant plus de nouvelles
Ce site et a fuir !

Ne surtout pas faire d'abonnement chez eux des que j'ai souscrit avec eux les problèmes ont commencé et le gars ne répond plus ça quelques jours que sa ne fonctionne plus et personne ne répond

Une arnaque, surtout n’achetez pas leur abonnement. Ils vous vendent des abonnements annuels qui ne marchent pas au bout d’un mois. Lorsque vous leur écrivez ils ne répondent plus, pourtant bien connecté.

Bonjour, j’étais plus tôt satisfait de ce fournisseur au début. Ils étaient réactifs compréhensible…. Et puis je commençais à avoir beaucoup de problème de réception. Ils mettaient de plus en plus de temps à me répondre. Jusqu’à aujourd’hui il ne me répondent plus depuis 24H. Donc 24h sans tv
