I used the Concierge Deluxe plus Video Book option. Sending invitations was a snap, and my invitees had no trouble following the link to upload their video. We added photos which made the book even better. The final product is terrific! Beautifully bound and packaged. I am so very pleased with the final product and look forward to presenting this precious gift to my 95-year-old father.

Tribute is an amazing company. And its so easy to put together amazing memories for close friends. I highly recommend for anyone that wants to give a very special and personalized gift to a friend, family member or colleague.

This was a great way to collect videos and messages from loved ones to help celebrate my mom's 80th birthday. She wanted a low key birthday, so we were still able to include those friends and family who love her into the day! Some people experienced issues with uploading the videos and ended up having to send to me to upload. I did not like the photo prompt before the video was saved. Other than that, a great process!

Overall a good experience. However they didn't delete one duplicate video in my wife's birthday tribute video.

The video was still good though and there customer service is quite good. I would recommend them to others.

It is a learning curve, (for me). But they were there to help with their chat function that was easy and fast response. It was a great experience. I would recommend to others and I will recommend highly. thank you Tribute staff.

This was one of the easiest experiences I’ve had with creating a birthday video. Loved everything, the ease of the link, follow up emails that were sent, reviewing the videos as they came in and having support throughout the whole process. 👏🏼👏🏼

My experience with Tribute was pretty great. I was able to put together a Tribute video with friends and family in different countries. The concierge team was very helpful and accepted my constructive criticism well. I had trouble with the volume of the background music and when I edited the individual videos to lower the volume I couldn’t tell anything had been done when I reviewed the changes. I told them and they were very helpful in correcting that and making my Tribute perfect. I’m still waiting for my flash drive to arrive one week after ordering it but I think it’s a FedEx issue not Tribute. Great job guys. What a wonderful gift.

Tribute was easy to use for all ages- even for the older generation. This was the best gift for my sister’s 60th birthday. The media and music options were great too, and all at an affordable price. Thanks Tribute!!

The whole experience was super easy. The interface for people to contribute was very straightforward, the editing process was easy to understand, and the outcome was fantastic!

I had a short fuse request to create a video for my wife’s 50th birthday, and Trbute.co exceeded my expectations and made it such a smooth experience that I will recommend them to others. Using the concierge service is the way to go and makes my job much easier. All I had to do was send out the communications and follow up as needed tribute.co took care of the rest. From immediate email, follow up and consistent communication. I felt I was taken care of. Additionally, they kept providing me updates onto the status of editing and production of the video. We had over 70 videos to use for the tribute and they were able to take my feedback and integrate any modifications quickly. Thoroughly impressed.

The website was easy to navigate; instructions were clear; the chat feature was great when I had questions; the final product was so special. We received messages from friends who got to see it and they were all deeply touched as well. Such a great gift to someone you love!

This was the best gift you could give someone. It was incredibly easy to do, very user friendly. I love the little touches they did to make the tribute even better. I kept receiving updated videos as more videos were uploaded. I was able to add photos easily in addition to the videos. My father was so touched and cried while watching all of his friends and family say their favorite memories of him. This was for his 80th birthday. Best gift ever!

The concierge team was awesome..prompt, professional and caring. They answered every question that i had within minutes! I so appreciated each one.

This tribute was a sentimental 40th birthday video for my significant other. What made it more special was that I was able to get a video of his parents to add to the tribute right before his mom passed away.
The help of the concierge service was fabulous and all of my questions were answered quickly within the chat box. Tribute is worth it and I promise you won't regret it.

The best part of working with Tribute was their customer service/help desk. I had someone submit a last minute video submission – after I'd already checked out and paid – and they were kind enough to reopen my tribute so this last video could be included. It really made a big difference to have this one video included.

This is my second time using Tribute and it always makes a special gift!

I was impressed by how easy it was to create the video Tribute. Contributors had no problem uploading their videos and the Concierge service provided valuable help with the editing. I then continued some of the editing myself and found the whole process easy and fun.

I've now made my 4th Tribute video. This was the first time I used the "concierge" service - only because I was short on time and worried I'd have too many videos and not enough time to edit. While it was costly and nice to have it edited for me, I wished I had access to the full editing tools like normal so that I did not have to make requests for things to be done that I wasn't able to do myself due to no access. (inserting transitions, editing intro video, etc.) However, if someone is not savvy with editing features, I think the concierge service is a terrific option!
All in all still a great experience and will definitely be doing more videos in the future.
P.S. It IS a little frustrating that you cannot contact anyone except via an email or online submission. No contact phone number. Would be really nice to have phone support for simple questions especially related to billing/fees.
