Highly recommend have been so impressed. Have used several times and all gone well. Very convenient and also when we changed our plans refund processed easily no issues.

Fantastic service. Heathrow was rammed when we arrived and the panic was setting in we wouldn’t find a place for drop off. We were flagged down by the agent and within 5 minutes we were in the terminal.

Coming home, a quick phone call when we got off the plane and by the time we got our bags the car was ready.

Highly recommend Triangle. Takes the stress out of one of the most faffy parts of the journey.

Car tracking location indicated it was stored in a secure location took.

The pick up driver communicated with me on route to the airport and back, this re-assured me that there was no delay on my arrival. At pickup, my car was as I left it unlike other parking services I had used. No tobacco smells, mud or bird mess. I am impressed with the service and have made several bookings over the last 3 years because I am confident that they will meet my expectations with a professional service.

I have used many different valet parking services at Heathrow and these guys are by the far the best, communication was the best I have experienced, drop off and pick up was faultless. I will be using them again and not going anywhere else. Price of mind and great service.

The pick up and drop off was seamless and very professional. Unfortunately when the car was returned there were scratches down the passenger door. The company reviewed its pictures, but said that it was dark and not clear enough. We were offered polish , but they are too deep. I requested follow up and these emails went unanswered.

Triangle parking were great, they answered the phone immediately, they gave clear instructions for Heathrow Terminal 5 and were very pleasant both on drop-off and pick-up. I would book with them again for sure. I only wish they were at Gatwick.

Jama’s commitment to high standards of customer service is evident through his hands-on approach and the respectful, polite demeanor of his entire team. For anyone who may have concerns—such as the minor issue someone mentioned about seat adjustments—I say, it’s common sense that drivers would need to modify seat settings to safely drive the vehicle. It’s a minor, understandable change that in no way diminishes the overall quality of the service.

Over the years, my car has spent a considerable amount of time in Triangle Parking’s care, and I have always come back more than satisfied. I now purposely book flights through Heathrow just to take advantage of this exceptional service. I look forward to continuing to trust Jama and his team with my car for all future travels.

All members of the staff were utterly charming, calming and helpful. We had a very early morning flight and I had muddled the terminals… couldn’t have been nicer…. Exceptional service from Jama at Triangle. He identified that our MOT was due, phoned us in advance and subsequently saved the day by organising transport to a garage while we were away.

If you’re reading this as part of your due diligence before booking with Triangle, you’re going to struggle to find someone with a bad word to say. I couldn’t find one either. Now I know why.

Yesterday Jama the driver brought my blue bmw 1 series back to us at Heathrow floor 2 Excellent service he was absolutely nice guy friendly On time, car returned in excellent condition. All this and service right to the door of the terminal. Definitely recommend 💯 Thank you.

We used Triangle parking on 14th July 24. It was our 1st time flying from T5 & didn’t know where we were going when we reached the terminal. We ended up going through the drop off zone. We called Triangle who calmly guided us round from where we were to the car park, where he was waiting for us. The handover was quick, we took a picture of the mileage at Jama’s request and he pointed us in the direction to departures. The return was just as slick and friendly, asking us to check the car thoroughly and verify the milage + 10 miles for the journey to their car park & back.
We would definitely recommend & use Triangle Parking again at Heathrow T5. (Please open up at Gatwick as we would like to use you there too!)

I’ve had a couple of bad experiences with airport meet and greet services in the past, but I was really impressed by Triangle.
Communication was polite and both drop off and pick-up worked well with no nonsense and very little standing around.
Highly recommended.
