Smiths Carpets and Flooring Recenzje

Professional service including syncing with my calendar for appointments, kept in touch with courtesy calls at every stage including the fitter giving me 30min notice of arrival.

Quality product and fitter worked hard and adapted to less than perfect installation area.

Will use again.

Couldn’t recommend them enough! Incredible service and amazing carpet and flooring! Thank you! We are so happy!

Thank you

Trevor Smith has carpeted and laid vinyl in all the required rooms in our house. Our last carpet fitted this week was no exception to the high standards and first class service. From conception to completion in 4 days, hard to beat. Thanks again for a first class service.

friendly staff, great job, great price

Very efficient service. We found them very helpful & obliging. Carpet fitter was brilliant, he did a great job & left everything clean & tidy when he’d finished. Would definitely use this company again.

Fantastic new floor fitted perfectly.

We are so pleased with our new bathroom flooring which John laid.
He arrived on time and worked without chatting until he had finished. We would usually have had the flooring laid before the bathroom was fitted but because of Covid this time it had to be done with cutting around the shower and toilet but John made an excellent job of it.
Would highly recommend Trevor Smith Carpets and they will be doing our hall with wooden flooring when we are ready.

We had very good and efficient service at every point. Excellent customer service in the showroom, prompt and helpful measuring and advice at home, and our carpenter/fitter was thorough and cleared up everything afterwards. Thankyou so much for completing the job and returning our dining room to normal so quickly in these difficult circumstances.

Fantastic honest service. Very quick and helpful with my carpet. Thank you

I had good friendly service and advice from the shop and the fitting was excellent, the fitter was polite and tidy in his work. Overall the service from start to finish was first class and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Yet another great carpet from Trevor Smith. The service from the shop staff to the fitter was, as always, tip top.
Because of the all round quality, I would never by from anywhere else. Thank you once again.

Very happy from start to finish. Excellent customer service. I totally recommend.

Fantastic service.
We recently had our hall floor and stair carpet fitted by Trevor Smith Carpets. A really good service, and really excellent workmanship. The fitter was called John, he really did do an excellent job. Visitors (None lately) have commented on the
flooring laid and what a good finish achieved. I would strongly recommend your company to anyone thinking of having a new floor covering. Thank you so much.

Excellent service all round .
Ian tried very hard to source a particular carpet that we wanted.
When the fitter arrived, nothing was too much trouble.
Everything was vacuumed and left super tidy.
It looks great. Would highly recommend.

Best experience with Trevor Smiths. Every one at the store were very helpful. The fitters were excellent can’t ask for more.

From the moment I stepped into the show room, I can not fault the service, I explained I needed the carpet to be fitted within a time scale and Ian was more than helpful, checked availability and schedules and within 10 days my carpet was fitted, friendly fitters and no damage to my paintwork .. would highly recommend. Super quality carpet and a great price too.

From the time we walked into the showroom the service we received from the staff was first class, from choosing our carpet and vinyl to Ian coming to our home to measuring our kitchen and dining room and John the fitter fitting it all the service was fantastic thank you guys, would recommend you to anyone
Cheers
