Zach at Trethowans was completely proactive in the process of getting our property sale over the line with super efficiency - first class job throughout.
The Company was chosen rather randomly from a panel list prepared by my SIPP provider but I would certainly ensure in future that Zach at Trethowans was instructed in the future should I require similar services again.

Unhappy with the change to Alice who…
Unhappy with the change to Alice who appears to I reluctant to read and comprehend the information necessary to appreciate the case. Being uninterested we are left with the impression that she provided limited information to an outside acquaintance for an opinion (the extent of which was not shared with us) which we feel has resulted in an incomplete opinion.
Allowing her to decline to proceed further with our case.
We are left with a distinct feeling that she did not fully understand our case and was not prepared to provide detailed answers to our questions and lacked interest

Great personal service from Lucy Spollin and Mia
From our first meeting with Lucy Spollin, we felt assured that we had chosen the right solicitor. It was over thirty years since we last moved and we really appreciated the professional and friendly approach from Lucy and Mia to get the process started.
They were very easy to contact when we had questions and dealt very efficiently with the many issues that arose with a lengthy chain and the delays when our seller's initial onward purchase fell through.
