I was buying a house and Mark made it an easy and quick process.

Got there in the end but much chasing on our part was needed. Land registry lost the deeds, other party got a full refund for the extra costs involved quite easily - we were told not to bother, which in hindsight we should have.
This was a few years ago now hiwever but only just asked for a review
