Ordered a ring and pair of earrings for my to be fiancee, came exactly as expected apart from the fact that they both came in one box. I reached out to Tresor Paris and they were a great help, sending me a separate box!

I bought the Bonbon sterling silver, white crystal pendant with chain for my sister. I bought her the Bonbon earrings so thought she would like the matching necklace to go with them. I’m absolutely delighted with the necklace it’s lovely so elegant I’m sure my sister will love it. I like it so much I am going to get one for myself.

I bought pair of heart shaped earrings for my daughter's birthday. Earrings were delivered very promptly and the quality and care that went into making sure that they would reach my letterbox in perfect condition was second to none. The price was more than reasonable and they look absolutely gorgeous. As her birthday is not for another few days, i haven't had a chance to see what they look like on her, but i am sure she will be delighted with them. I will definitely buy from Tresor Paris again.

Lovely pendant fast delivery sure to please.

I really can't fault Tresor Paris. My wife wanted a new engagement ring as a Christmas present because she can no longer wear the cheap zirconia one I bought her 30 or so years ago when I had little money (shrunk in the wash;-))

I ordered her a beautiful diamond replacement from an online jeweller who promised delivery by Christmas. Then on 17th December they emailed saying it would be delivered week commencing 8th January.....

They weren't at all concerned when I told them this was no good but simply sent me an email saying my order was cancelled.😣

So I contacted Tresor Paris. They had an equally beautiful, but slightly different, ring available for just about the same price.

But could they deliver in time?

I ended up speaking with the gentleman who actually makes the rings. He told me he had the stone but would need to see if he had the correct size mounting.

Ten minutes later he called me back. He had the correct mounting and promised he'd set the stone the next day & I'd have it a day later.

He was as good as his word. Christmas Day my wife had a beautiful ring that she hasn't stopped admiring & boasting about since!!!

Thank you Tresor Paris. That's what I call customer service!!!
