The pullover and sweatpants are undoubtedly the softest things ever! However, the pants run SHORT. The AI tool for suggesting size is also not accurate, despite giving specific details of weight and height. I think the company could benefit from giving more than just hip measurements for sizing. I had free shipping on the order (over €150), but since I have to return the pants, I have to deduct shipping costs (€15) from my refund.

Compre un modelito para un regalo y la persona que lo recibio me comenta que son los pantalones más cómodos que se ha puesto en su vida. Elegí está marca por su ética y transparencia, para mi es muy importante que la producción de ropa esté humanizada, tenga en cuenta el planeta y sus habitantes.
Sin duda la recomendaría y seguro vuelvo a comprar.

Excellent product backed up with customer service which is rare in this day and age. The young girl in the shop was fantastic to deal with, and the online response after i wrongly ordered the incorrect size was exemplary... easy and straight forward and so polite and friendly.

Ik had een probleem bij de terugzending van de door mij aangekocht artikelen omdat ik bij mijn bestelling een typfout had gemaakt bij het invullen van mijn e-mailadres. Lidia van de klantendienst van Trendsplant antwoordde zeer snel en stond me bij in elke stap van het retourproces. Hoewel ik de sweater moest terugsturen, ben ik zeer tevreden van Trendsplant en haar medewerkers.

ATC se puso en contacto conmigo. Aunque a posteriori, intentaron dar solución y se interesaron por ver qué había pasaado. Anotaron las posibilidades de mejora. Se agradece una respuesta así.
