UPDATE (September 12, 2026) - FORMAL DISPUTE & EVIDENCE:
In response to Trendo's public reply, here are the exact account and technical dispute details:
• Primary Account ID: 1955642
• Secondary Account ID: 2350737
• Key Disputed Orders: Order #173776566 (unauthorized 9-lot execution causing -$8,307.53 loss), Order #186334623 (abnormal 90-pip stop-loss slippage), and Ticket #187789482 (retroactive rollback wiping profits).
• Written Admission: Trendo support explicitly confirmed in writing on September 11, 2026, that an emergency technical glitch closed trades and forced reactivation outside normal market conditions.
• Dual Video Proof: Synchronized screen recording and external camera footage documenting platform freeze and order execution errors have been officially submitted to support.
I demand an immediate review by management, compensation for platform execution failures, and release of withheld funds.
FINAL UPDATE (September 14, 2026):
The formal 48-hour response deadline has expired without any resolution or settlement from Trendo management, despite providing all requested account IDs (#1955642 & #2350737) and irrefutable technical logs (system rollback on order #187789482 and $8,307 loss on #173776566). Formal dispute proceedings and public case escalation are now underway.

Why don't you approve withdrawals?
I deposited $100 today 1 September 2026 through my visa card and it arrived in a minute and I traded gold so we'll then I asked for withdrawal of some money $125 after 30 minutes was till pending then I contacted customer care then they ask me txid then I provided the transaction id of the spending withdrawal and they keep telling me to provide txid then I told them I used visa to deposit and used crypto usdt to withdraw then tell me to create the kingdom app that they never indicated anywhere in the rule...am telling you don't join it...I will do a review video on YouTube and other platforms ..such a scam...be clear

Trendo Restricted My Account and Withheld My Funds – Where Is the Evidence?
My Trendo account was restricted and my funds became inaccessible.
Trendo told me I allegedly “exploited market conditions” and “misused Negative Balance Protection.”
I repeatedly asked them to provide:
The exact trade involved
The exact rule/contract clause violated
The evidence supporting the allegation
I still have not received a substantive explanation, despite contacting their official support channels multiple times.
I have submitted complaints to the FSC Mauritius under RE-591 and 715.
Trendo: if you have evidence of a violation, please identify the exact trade, rule and evidence. If not, please review the restriction and release my funds.
I am posting this based on documented correspondence and remain willing to resolve the matter professionally.
