Very Poor service from Trendhim
Very Poor service from Trendhim, I placed an order 5 weeks ago. It was sent to a locker instead of my property, according to trendhim that's my fault and not theirs - okay fair.
However i was unable to to collect my parcel and it was returned to them. We are now 5 weeks later and i have no product and they are refusing to process my refund until they get the product back. I have never received this parcel.
Contacted trendhim who say "it takes longer when its hasnt been collected and is returned, you need to wait and then wait another 10 days for refund. So potentially we are looking at 2 months before you return my money? Disgusting tbh. Dont bother with your generic responses either, ive already contacted you and you are useless at helping.

I ordered an item from Trendhim on March 17th and still haven’t received it. If I ever receive it, I’ve learned my lesson never to order anything else from them for sure. Fool me once but never again. Ugh!

I’ve personally reviewed your tracking details for the order placed on March 16th. It shows that the package arrived in the U.S. quickly but is currently experiencing a delay within the USPS network. The latest update indicates it was processed through the Chicago, IL Distribution Center.
While delays like this are understandably frustrating, the good news is that the parcel is still active within the system. En el caso de las pulseras, como las esclavas, solo personalizan un lado. ¡Ojo!, en la página web puede parecer que grabas los dos, pero no te avisa de que automáticamente solo se queda uno de los dos lados. Son de acero brillante, calidad bastante deficiente para el precio que es.

However, this time, I ordered a set of orange suspenders described as "true orange". The picture looks like true orange, but the reality is that these are "neon orange". Not sure these are wearable.

Nach unzähligen Mail, wieso mein Artikel nicht bei mir ankommt, geschweige denn sich etwas am Status der Sendungsverfolgung tut, bekomme ich absolut keine Reaktion. Meine Mails werden ignoriert, keine Ware, Geld weg. LASST BLOẞ DIE FINGER DAVON!! Anzeige wird natürlich erstattet.

I am very pleased with the bracelet I ordered. The sizing was off however. I used the measurement scale provided and when I received the bracelet it was a bit too big. I had to modify it to fit my wrist.
