I had an awful experience with this company and feel it’s important to warn others.

I was in direct contact with Sarah, the manager of the company, after I raised a complaint about the late delivery and the terrible quality of the product I received. The item looked nothing like what was advertised — it was honestly cheap and disappointing.

I initially opened a bank dispute to get my money back, but Sarah asked me to cancel the process, promising that the company would handle it properly and offer a return. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and canceled the dispute — only to be completely ghosted afterwards.

I followed up using the same email thread, same reference number — no response, no solution, no return process, nothing.

This is not just bad service, it’s a clear lack of professionalism and accountability. They waited for me to drop the dispute, then vanished.

Save yourself the headache — the quality is horrible, the customer service is nonexistent, and you risk being ignored and out of pocket. I would strongly advise against buying from this company.

Absolute rip off wife waited 2 weeks for shoes to arrive and when they did totally different to what she ordered.From delivery to the bin within 5 mins of receiving.Pointless trying to return cos that's a joke as well. Will take the hit £31down the drain.Rip off company.

Scam!!! I bought shoes that were way to small, returned them, paid for the shipment, did all what they asked and never get paid. Wrote several emails, never got a response. This was two month ago. Big scam!!!

I ordered A bag from Italy.
I tracked my order; It has arrived...and back to sender 'cause of something wrong with my address!!!.... I wrote an email 3 days ago: no answer yet!!.... Lost 60 euros!! If they contact me, I'll correct my review. I' ll let you know, stay tuned

Ordered a blouse in May, have not heard another word from them, not answering emails.

I bought some shoes from this company. They were a very small size 46 so I tried to exchange them for the next size up. I followed all their returns instructions. I sent 6 emails about the issue they never got back to me. I tried phoning them. Their phone number does not exist. I tried through the international telephone exchange to no avail. I'm stuck with the useless shoes. To make matters worse I found the same shoes cost £40 from other online companies. I paid £117. I would never trust this company - their claims for good customer service are false.

Product was not as described. Size was smaller than advertised. Quality of the fabric was awful, polyester although it said 100% Cotton. The only way to return is to pay to ship item to the USA!. They offer a small discount off another purchase on their Website, but I will not be buying from them again..and I doubt I will receive a refund. Buyer beware...Chineese Company, poor quality and very restricted return policy!
