After being initially nervous about my appointment, the staff put me at ease straight away.
The receptionist was lovely and got us refreshments.
Magz who did my consultation truly listened to how I was feeling and what my goals were.
I was really happy with the choices Magz had made for me, even suggesting colouring.

Steph looks after mum very elderly mum and has done for many years. She is an amazing lady, so kind, patient and insightful. The service they offer is so amazing and so needed. Thankyou to all the team who do an amazing job with all their clients

Second time I have purchased a wig from this company. Service is excellent, staff (Amba and Steph) knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Choices are extensive and will continue to buy my wigs from them in future.

I was instantly made to feel comfortable and the premises were bright and stylish. The staff were great - friendly, knowledgeable and discreet. Also, I didn’t feel any pressure to buy one of the wigs while I was there. I was shown and tried on a large selection of styles, and advised of the additional services offered such as trimming a wig to suit the length needed. I was given coffee and came away with two new wigs! It was a superb experience and I am delighted with my new hair!

Even though I went without an appointment, I was helped until Jane was free, who has been with Trendco for years, and who was able to help me, she seemed very happy to suggest different colours and styles of wigs without making me feel like it was too much to do. Very sympathetic and professional . As were the receptionists.

Amazing service from genuinely kind, friendly, and professional ladies. From the moment we arrived, they made both my mum and me feel completely at ease while helping her choose and match a wig ahead of starting chemotherapy. Their care, patience, and understanding truly made a difficult process so much easier. They lifted my mum’s spirits, helped restore her confidence, and made her feel positive and ready for the chemo journey ahead. We are incredibly grateful for their support and compassion.

Saw steph for my first visit with starting chemotherapy soon I wanted to get started so professional made me feel comfortable with great advice,for my second visit I saw amber who was again professional & so chatty after choosing my wig amber trimmed to my liking & saying at any point I want anymore cutting it wouldn't be problem i even saw another one i loved maybe for later down the line,all in all a excellent service thank you both so much.

Fabrice was so kind and supportive to me at a very vulnerable moment in my life. We cried and also laughed and he was so patient with me. He was lazer focused on colour matching and making sure I was comfortable with the styles. I was not sure I would buy that day and thought maybe it would be research but I did buy a beautiful wig. I'm so happy. I sent pictures to my friends who just assumed I had cut my own hair. What a compliment ! I could not give more than 5 stars but I wish I could

From the moment we walked into the store we felt relaxed and cared for. My daughter and husband came with me to choose my wig and it was no problem to have them with me. Alison was super. Kind, cherry, knowledgeable and so helpful.she helped me navigate the wigs and offered me a wide range. She was kind and sensitive when it came to this.,I left with a beautiful wig. Very happy. I would 100% recommend this company.

Good explanations received on types of wigs, plenty of choices to try on. Really professional, helpful and friendly. Nothing too much trouble.

All the ladies at Penny Lane, Liverpool were very welcoming & friendly, I instantly felt relaxed, , I was so surprised that they had exactly what I was looking for , and a choice of three ready to take away with me, they also repaired a wig I already had which I singed with a heated styler, I forgot it wasn’t heat friendly !, 🤭
I cannot find fault, brilliant service

Great welcome by receptionist and taken to our consulting room straightaway away. Our consultant was prompt and introduced herself. She was friendly and asked the questions she needed answered to fulfil her task. She was sensitive to my situation while remaining professional. I would have no hesitation in recommended Aderans Trendco Edinburgh.

Received a great welcome when I arrived. My consultant was very informative and knowledgeable about the scalp and hair follicles. She took her time and was not rushed in any way. A great experience.
