Worst company ever…

Long story short, they lie about what’s in stock, they lie about the shipping status, the customer service is zero help. Pretty much nothing good to say about Trek-Expert. They claimed that my package was shipped out, FedEx never saw a single thing other than a label request. I said unless FedEx doesn’t operate like they do in the states you haven’t turned over any package at all. Zero origin scan to show FedEx received it, customer service kept saying “oh no it’s been shipped just a delay, a minor delay in shipping.” 2 weeks?!? That’s not a minor delay and when the story doesn’t change nor the shipping status all you are getting is lies. Good luck to you if you order from them, the only good thing was they processed my refund since they are incapable of delivering products. Took my business to Norway since France didn’t want to be bothered.

Don't trust the timeframes given

I ordered some mountaineering boots on a tight schedule, they were advertised as being shipped within 24 hrs with a 72 he delivery timeframe after being shipped. It's been days and I've reached out and called several times to no avail. The tracking says it's not even ready yet and now I'm hundreds of dollars down.

Still haven’t received

Still haven’t received. It’s been two weeks since I’ve ordered. Was supposed to be shipped on Aug 13th. I’ve been able to track and it appears to still be in the Netherlands. Frustrating.

They sell stuff they can’t deliver

Ordered a cap from their website which was said to be on stock. A few days later the order was cancelled because apparently they don’t even have it on stock and can not resupply. Stop wasting people’s time please

I ordered shoes June 10

I ordered shoes June 10, it is now July 2nd and have not received the item and cannot even track the item. The shipping cost was incredibly high. The customer service team has not offered any support in figuring out where the package may be or offered a refund. Do not recommend buying from this website, as it appears to be a scam.

Paid almost 50$ extra for FedEx…

Paid almost 50$ extra for FedEx shipping. It said it would arrive within 3 days but a week later it hasn't been shipped yet. I reached out to customer service and that just said it will be shipped within a week. I asked for a refund of the shipping costs but they refused.

Other vendors had the same item priced higher and wanted $50 - $150 to ship to the US.

Can't beat that.

Slow service

It takes time to get the answer from managers and impossible to reach them by phone from US. Trek Expert managers answer very slow. But I finally got the answer on my request and my refund.
